New exploit with PVP killing bystanders

I'm standing at the tailor, had just finished buffing out the dents in my armor.. and I watch these two idiots trying to get me centered between them.. it's Suchiiru Nova and "The Nightingale".
They center me so I'm near The Nightingale and far enough away from Suchiiru Nova that he won't take damage from the AoEs.
Then they start a duel and Suchiiru Nova spams Team energy surge while The nightingale throws gas pellets around me (lots of them) then Nightingale starts spamming lead tempest. At first it didn't hurt, but the more Suchiiru Nova spammed team energy surge, it started hurting. First I lost my super mag, then my passive kicked in and I started taking direct damage from both the pellets and the AoE.
The screenshots are below. Recommend this get fixed ASAP and the people in question (obviously) need to be banned. This isn't he first time Suchiiru Nova has tried exploits.. I've caught him trying to spawn nemesis henchies by destroying chairs and training them to try to attack people at the tailor in the past, etc.

How can screenshots of the combat log prove anything?
Obvious things:
They are on the same team - team energy surge is affecting the pellets and nightingale
They aren't attacking each other
There is no notice that either the duel starts or ends when I move away (there was no duel that I was involved in)
They never hurt each other
The attacks (and damage) end as soon as I walk away but not very far.. they run away, of course, because they are laboring under the illusion that I don't know how to use tickets or screenshots? Well.. not very bright.
Obviously this is how the glitch works.
I'm willing to reproduce it with willing test subjects in the game so we can get this nailed down and taken out. But the bottom line is: Be careful around these two. Obviously they have issues.

Yes, what I did was wrong, and I should not have said yes, but I was asked to test something by a friend, and I suppose I should have thought twice of what I'm doing and make sure it's not harmful towards other players.
I'm a casual Gold subscriber, and have never taken part in any sort of bug exploits etc., knowing they're not allowed, but I didn't know this would happen. I should have known, but I suppose my trust got the better of me. I've had never participated in anything like this, and I should have known better than agreeing to such things, for which I'd like to apologize. No, I'm not crying, I made a mistake in testing something harmful, and I want to apologize.
I was later told that there are a number of people, doing this sort of thing to kill NPC vendors and people standing in Ren Cen so people should watch for it.
Also mensar should be banned for calling out users..tut tut tut
LoL.. I think we see who else uses it.

Shame the devs dont care about PvP and the already broken stuff like eruption stacking.
Remember when the AI on pets broke again...theyve been broke for like a year now, and they dont give a monkeys **** about fixing them.

They did the singling of themselves when they tried to use it on me.. which is probably the worst person to show exploits to anyway. I'm letting people know to beware.. don't worry, it will take a couple weeks to get it fixed so you'll be able to grief until then since you're obviously upset that it will be going away.

First of all, please don't make the assumption that I grief people with the device because I make a post that disagrees with yours.
Secondly, I was just making that statement because you're not really puting yourself in a better position by doing so as it is usually frowned upon on the forums. Just sayin'.
What's frowned on? Explaining that an exploit that can kill AFK players is out there?

Yeah I heard about this in the other thread. Well, I guess I'll be held to the fire then. But realistically, should I endure a temp ban from the forums in order to get the word out and the right people punished?
