Tanking with an offensive passive Help pleace!

Some of you may remember that I reached lvl 40 some time ago with my almost, but not quit glascannon, Mentalist/Darkness toon. I have now gotten my a full heroic set with gems and **** and I was kind of dumbstruck about his survival.

Because of his silly high damagde he ends up tanking more or less all the time, but he seem to be quit able to surviev it thank to Ego Weaponry + Silly amount of dogde/avoidance you get from gear.

So yesterday a friend of mine showed me some pictures of a darker and more gothic power girl and I was like: Now that could be a cool CO toon!

The thing is though. I want her to tank. With an offensive passive and as it is gothic power girl theme I would like some chains and some punching. She don't need to be able to do stupid hard tanking. Just fun alerts. I was thinking on either supernatural or might as the "main" powergroup.

Right now I am paralysed by the number of choices, so any feedback would be nice.

What offensive passive should she run with? Quarry for stacking avoidance/dodge, Way of the warrior for more damagde but less dodging or unstoppable for the damagde absorbtion?

I am thinking that the supertats should be STR, CON and DEX.

Primary SS DEX and then take the dodge/avoidance specialization or primary SS CON for the healing and defletion? STR also looks nice.

I think I am going to take Protection tree for Bulward and Resolution. Then the other should be either Vindicator or Warden for either more damagde or defense or sentry tree for elf healing?

I thinking flashfire+Thermenal reverbeating for easy energy and because I think that that the flashfire animation would work well.

For selfhealing she should use BCR with the avoidance gear, but what self healing attack power do you think would work? Devour Essence as a life draining kiss or?

If any one have any help or any idea where to go from here I would love any help or advice.

Here's a Darkness Tank build that I've been working on that could fit your concept of "gothic power girl", even though it isn't Might/Supernatural.

Idea is to use Hybrid role with Bulwark. This boosts healing without SS PRE (still get some through talents), causing Lifedrain to generate a lot of threat even though it doesn't have Crippling Challenge. Wish it did so I could add an Active Offense in place of Shadow Blast. Circle of Primal Dominion because Knocks suck. Resurgence as a hold breaker and emergency heal. Concentration to boost damage for more threat, could be swapped for IDF. Ebon Ruin to debuff Paranormal damage resist. Could swap that for an AO if you want.

With no defensive passive you're not going to be able to tank everything, but this build should hold up fine in Alerts. Uber healing from Conviction, BCR/RR, and Lifedrain. Grab dodge/avoidance gear.

Here's an Infernal Tank with a similar set up. Devour Essence with CC, Howl for the Fear debuff, Fire Snake for the Elemental Damage (which Toxic is) debuff, Form of the Tempest because Devour Essence is a melee power. I swapped INT for PRE in this build, since Supernatural Power is such a good energy unlock.

Again, you're never going to be as survivable as with a Defensive Passive, but with all the self healing and debuffing you'll be pretty close which is good enough for Alerts.
