Alright so here it is, I'm looking for help to build a super-con-awesome tank build, and if you can help with that it would be awesome :D. Currently i am a intelligence tank, but i feel to copy and paste/ bad as it.

Huh? Where did you get that idea? If anything, STR is top PSS for tanks.

In any case, here's a very good CON tank:

Here's a pretty basic Might tank. It's a PvE bulid, as PvP isn't my thing in this game.

    PowerHouse (Link to this build)

    Name: Might Tank

    Archetype: Freeform

    Super Stats:
    Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
    Level 10: Strength (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents:
    Level 1:
    Level 6:
    Level 9:
    Level 12:
    Level 15:
    Level 18:
    Level 21:

    Powers:
    Level 1: Clobber
Level 1: Defensive Combo (Rank 2, Crippling Challenge)
Level 6: Defiance (Force of Will)
Level 8: Iron Cyclone (Rank 2, Vortex Technique, Challenging Strikes)
    Level 11: Enrage (Endorphin Rush)
Level 14: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Resurgent Reiki)
Level 17: Energy Shield (Laser Knight)
    Level 20: Masterful Dodge
Level 23: Void Shift (Emerging Nightmares)
    Level 26: Haymaker (Nullifying Punch)
    Level 29: Aggressor
Level 32: Demolish (Below the Belt)
    Level 35: Resurgence
    Level 38: Molecular Self-Assembly

    Travel Powers:
Level 6: Acrobatics (Rank 2, Versatility)
    Level 35:

    Specializations:
    Constitution: Fuel My Fire (3/3)
    Constitution: Tough (3/3)
    Constitution: Resilient (2/2)
    Constitution: Armored (2/2)
    Protector: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Protector: Bulwark (2/2)
    Protector: Exhausting Strikes (2/2)
    Protector: Defensive Expertise (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: Tenacious (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Protector Mastery (1/1)

Don't know where you got the idea of INT being #1 for Tanks... it's a good Secondary, but I'd never take it as a Primary.

CON PSS for Defiance, STR Secondary for Enrage, INT because MSA. Defensive Combo is your main spam attack for single target threat. Great thing is that the innate threat generation stacks with Crippling Challenge's bonus threat. Haymaker for the Trauma debuff (reduces healing) and Demolish for the resistance debuffs. Iron Cyclone is the AoE I chose because I don't like knocks sending things flying all over the room. It's fun on your first toon that you take knocks on, but honestly it gets old real fast for the rest of your team (especially for melee dps).

For the Lunge I took Void Shift since the AoE Fear the advantage ads is a very nice debuff. Laser Knight on Energy Shield because since we're not using DEX, The Elusive Monk advantage on Parry isn't too useful. Great for giant punching robot theme, not so much for a Hulk/Superman inspired character though.

Masterful Dodge and Resurgence for Active Defenses. I took Aggressor too because hey, more threat is always nice. A Hold breaker is never a bad thing either. You're going to want to use Dodge/Avoidance gear, so BCR/RR is a good addition. Conviction is good too if you like that better.

As you can see there's a second Travel Power, 8 Advantage Points, and Talents left open. You can do what you want with those.

Believe me when I tell you that it is not going to be good for PvP.

Add Nailed to the Ground to Void Shift on the build I posted, shift some points in Protector around to pick up Unrelenting, and it's good for PvP. The main things you want in a PvP build are Nailed to the Ground to lock out other player's travel powers, and Crippling Challenge and Challenging Strikes for the damage debuff. Unrelenting is great because if your travel powers get locked out, you become immune to snares and run faster than base run speed.

You can use the same "framework" to make a good tank build (PvE or PvP) for any Powerset: Defensive Passive, CON PSS, Secondary Super Stats that compliment other abilities in your build, Form toggle (I much prefer damage ones over Inertial Dampening Field), and the Nailed to the Ground, Crippling Challenge, and Challenging Strikes advantages. Take a self heal, Active Defense (or two), and an Active Offense and you're all set. For either PvP or PvE you may want to take a damaging ability that doesn't use Crippling Challenge, just to get some heavier hits in. In the above build I posted, Demolish and/or Haymaker fit this. The Trauma debuff (reduces healing) provided by Haymaker (Nullifying Punch), Brute Strike (Concussion), and Ebon Ruin is a very nice addition to a PvP build.
