Not sure about exactly, but probably close. You'll need to buy the Beast Heads costume pack I think for the head. Not sure if we have his silly jockstrap, but I'm pretty sure we don't have his back tuft of hair. If you're looking at the Therakiel's Temple version, I know for sure we don't have his horned backpack thing.

and the chest piece.. never seen it.. and the hair ether.. but i tried once the WereWolf head in the Bestial Head type.. and when i do the hair ok there is the hair which the Dogz have but it doesn't have the beard.. which of course Black Fang got... is there like an unlockable piece for the beard?

and i am talking about the red and black Black Fang is that the normal one or which is found in the Therakiel's Temple?

Aha, I stand corrected! Haven't done Therakiel's temple more than a couple times so I'm not familiar with the drops. Cool that we have that though.

Looks like this forearm fur and shoulder pad are drops from Dogz mobs in Vibora Bay:

    http://www.champions-online-wiki.com/wiki/Patched_Armor

Might not have the hair/beard if it's not a Black Fang or Dogz drop.

Although, that beard looks like it's a regular beard (not sure the name of it) that is allowed to be used on normal heads. This might just be one of the instances where that particular piece is unavailable to beast heads.

I think they made each villain designed to not be copied completely. For instance I can make a Mech Assassin costume almost perfect but you cant have both shield and the gun on at the same time since one is a bracer and the other is a glove. :frown: Worse case scenario you improvise with something close to it.

and which Black Fang is which ? the white one is it the normal one or the red and black is the normal one?

The devs mix a lot of pieces of different categories when they make villains, like, for example, Bludhound uses a Vampire Monster head with beastly fangs beard, That isn't available.
Also, Black Fang is black and red.

Yes and just like Black Fang, if you look at his arms, he is using two bracer pieces into one and his chest is basically the chain chest piece with a what seems to be a Steampunk refitted back piece to match his actual back armor.

I could be wrong but the white version of him was during the crisis, and the red/black version is from Therakiel's Temple. I might be way off though.

As to the drops, I think that's correct.

That is correct. The crisis actually happens in the 'present' while the Vibora after the crisis is actually the 'past' to stop the apocalypse before it even happens. The two different Black Fangs not entirely sure but this is my opinion that I think the "White" Black Fang is when he takes over Dogz after Guy Sweetland. It even says in the bio on the wiki he wants to overthrow Guy and technically is 'the good guy' during some key points in the crisis if you did choose Dogz to help you.

Actually, the crisis is present, yes, but after the crisis:

(SPOILER ALERT! highlight text below here to see explanation)

You travel back in time to the point before you gave the artifact to Valerian Scarlet and instead decide not to give it to her, thus preventing the crisis from ever happening. When you go to Vibora Bay proper after the crisis, it is still the present, but just a present that you haven't single-handedly brought upon the apocalypse.

You only time-travel once, at the end of the crisis, to get back to the pre-apocalypse present.

I've always hated the fact that you cant mix long gloves with short gloves and bracers....

I'm pretty sure that we go back at least a few days/1 or 2 weeks, unless our heroes do all the missions up to Apocalypse Aversion in less than 2 hours.

I'm not sure if the amount of time that's passed is actually ever mentioned, but I could be wrong. Anyway, I felt I had the need to explain the scenario since some people get lost in the whole time traveling thing. I think it was just the choice of words that made me think he had it wrong (as if you're time traveling to the past whenever you go to non-crisis Vibora Bay).

I only say 2 because it is the amount it takes me from start to finish to do it. Lore wise it may be a few days.

Also if you think about it, wouldn't there be two of your characters walking around since you did go back into the past before you even met Valerian Scarlet at Caprice?

Time Travel. It so damn confusing.

Depends on your version of time travel. If it was Back to the Future style time travel, you'd have to go back and convince your younger self not to give the gem or whatever it was to Valerian Scarlet. But since you go back and take no further action...

In this version of time travel, it seems that your consciousness goes back in time, with the knowledge of what happened in your future. So when you go back to the time before you helped Scarlet, you already know that you helped her in another timeline and thus brought forth the apocalypse. So you decide not to help her, and in so doing you've made a fork in the timeline..

Guys i have another question.. you know Guy Sweetland right? is his necklace an unlockable item too?
  • vizzonevizzone Posts: 252 Arc User
    edited February 2013
Yes, it is. The item is called Sweetland Necklace and the Costume Piece is Dogz Bling. Here's a wiki link with unlockable costume pieces. It still needs work, but I'm doing what I can. Also, Kaizerin has a magnificent thread here on the forums with all the Unlockable costume pieces. Here's a link to it. It's stickied in the Missions and Content section.
