Basically copying from the last thread, with a few additions:
Crates with superglue. They're like flypaper for superheroes!
The fourth color in the costume creator not working properly.
Not being able to change the left color after the costume has been bought: left changes right, and right changes right. You have to change both sides to a different costume piece, then change them back and color the left appropriately.
The DEMON, Fire Demon, and Lemurian spike recognition pieces still not being account-wide. It's been, what, eight months since On Alert went live?
The overflow bag randomly not opening, but can be fixed if you search a skill node.
Opening Green Accessory Boxes in a bag instead of your main inventory puts them in your overflow bag. Good way to save space, but probably not intended.
Deadman Walkin's Master Villains being named "Master Villain Default".
Therakiel the Bright not appearing in Braving the Elements in the Vibora Apocalypse, and thus not breaking the gems/killing the Champions. It still progresses, fortunately, but I liked that cutscene....
Therakiel the Bright and Shadow Destroyer not saying all their lines in the final Apocalypse mission.
The rewards from Enemies Amok spelling the rewards as Handguards of the ApocOlypse.
Mission rewards with two slots randomly changing the mods after you complete the mission. All of the two-slot upgrades do this. I've got screenshots of it. Several, in fact.
To City Center! from Karl Severisen in the Rime Woods being wrong. Harrison is not in Westside, and for some reason he says absolutely nothing when you turn this mission in. In fact, several of the post On Alert contact missions do this.
Tickster's Gloves from the Canadian Crisis.
Witchcraft'stireless Gauntlets from Bloody Alliance. Yes, that's missing a space in game.
So many typos I've given up on documenting them all.
Prison Break, well, breaking.
Bunker Buster breaking.
The Baptism by Ire mission in Vibora (suicide bomber zombies) not having the holy water harm the vampires. Makes it easier since you don't have to constantly hunt down a new mob, but still a bug.
Stealing chests in crypts instead of getting an item from them.
Who Ordered Chaos? is supposed to be given from an item you receive in Finding Amphibian in Vibora Bay. Instead, as soon as you accept Finding Amphibian, Ka will give you this mission and assume you already saved Amphibian from the Karkaradons.
Burn 'em Out from Taffy Winters requiring you to use the torch twice to burn a coffin, and the coffin's being much weaker to normal attack than they used to be. It was faster for me to shoot the coffin than to burn it.
Fan with a Plan not letting you start the mission with the item, forcing you to discard it and hunt down Sapphire's assistant to begin.
Foxbat not speaking to you after his time travel mission, forcing you to leave the garage and re-enter to turn in the mission. Oh, and him not giving an action figure anymore. That's the whole reason I did that mission!
Teleios doing his dance in the Monster Island Crisis, not speaking until the cutscene ends, and taking forever to blow up.
Lemuria requiring five people for the crisis. Perhaps not a bug, but a bad idea.
Gravitar locking you out before you even get a chance to enter. I couldn't even use the crime computer to leave. I had to sit there uselessly for fifteen minutes.
Dockside Dustup announcer thinking that fifteen seconds is a minute.
Not sure if it still happens, but knockback/backflipping in Stitch in Time used to get minions/the villain (looking at YOU Deadman) stuck under the time machine, and make the alert impossible to complete.
Lightning Reflexes in Alerts causes my character to block uncontrollably after the final cutscene.
Having voice-acting on causing your chat window to have 'Supergroup' permanently below it and constantly changes text size until you disable it. Doesn't happen to everyone, but I've had to help a few people with it.
Delivery of the Dead coffins not having zombies pop out. Took me an hour to get them to appear.
The Photographer in Canada taking over twenty minutes to respawn. Minimum. I only started counting after I'd listened to a four minute song a few times.
VIPER won't assassinate Biselle. Do I have to get the sniper rifle and shoot him myself?!
Opening the Questionite store while in an UNTIL Terminal window causes you to be unable to re-open the mail when you close it.
Okay, fine, I lied. A lot of additions. And I'm still just scraping the surface.
I noticed after the latest patch, I've been getting Help a Citizen missions get stuck on the same one to where I get it over and over again. So the RNG on that doesn't seem to be working so well.
sometimes pets will stand on the enemy and not attack, occasionally they will us a special ability and that's about it. using ability's or spamming the attack button still does not make them attack. It only seems to happen with pet heavy builds and re-summoning them is only a temporary fix.
I think these are all yet unlisted. (Sorry if I double posted any.) And I'm trying to stick to ones I've personally experienced recently (the last 1-2 months).
* The antenna from the Sci Fi costume pack that bounces when you move can be chosen but is not visible.
* "T" re-load doesn't fill up vehicle energy when the character is high level (>30) and the vehicle has +energy mods.
* "Quick Reload" also doesn't fill up a hover tank's energy, I had it adding 50% at best.
* The four (?) chests that be picked up in "Burn 'em Out" can be opened, but give level 1 summons and devices (for the lulz of watching level 1 zombies attack Gravitar I assume?)
* Open missions don't drop devices (such as the Gadroon Contract from Reign of Frogs, etc.)
* If an alert is queued during the mission "The Plot Thickens" (even if you haven't yet entered Club Caprice) then he is automatically considered defeated and the mission goal becomes "return to Caliburn," even though you never fought him and saw the cinema.
* In the "Dockside Dustup," Nemeses are knockable and can be teddy bear-ed unlike most bosses
* In "There and Bat Again," Foxbat can't be talked to to return the mission, maybe 50% of the time. It seems to occur more often on pet builds for me, but this may be a coincidence as it's happened once or twice for builds with no pets. If this happens for the first time it's run it's OK, you can just leave and re-enter and he can be talked to. If it happens during Unity 2, you seem to be out of luck.
* Unpurchased Z store costumes sometimes appear in the list of costume parts, even if "only show available" is checked. If they are selected and the checkbox is checked, nothing happens.
* Attack Toys seem to ignore the order to throw the grenade, but will throw it randomly unprovoked during combat, even if button never clicked. They seem to love to do this during smash alters to troll their master.
* The Dragon Armor Helmet unlock was replaced with the Hi Pan Sorceror (sic) Hat. While it can be re-unlocked (as I have done), this is unfair to those who unlocked it in the first place. If it can't be determined who this bug happened to, just give everyone with the Sorceror (sic) hat unlocked the Dragon Armor Helmet and let them keep the Sorceror hat.
* When creating a new nemesis, a saved costume file cannot be loaded. This can be done after the Nemesis has been already created and saved.
* Nemesis minions aren't visible in nemesis creator/editor. Not ever, as far as I can tell.
* Sometimes (I don't know the trigger) the world map can't fully zoom out. It starts out fully zoomed out then zooms in when it is opened, and it refuses to zoom out any more even though the player just saw it.
* Crafting node levels do not match levels of zones. Crafting nodes of too high level appear in low level missions. I don't have a list, but it would be great if someone can post one.
* Hrodegir the Unending lacks a picture and a "Name...Alert!" sound effect in some alerts (Grabs?)

What youre doing is undoubtably a good thing, but take it from someone whos been around since before launch, seeing hundreds of thousands of tickets deleted and bugs since launch STILL lingering...youre going to be posting that same list for many....MANY years.
#1 for me is still the targetting of bins and objects at random.
#2 is the cost of vehicles in drifter salvage, some joker accidentally on purpose put 'x10' into the calculation.
#3 Therakiel is dropping Bronze King loot, not his own...

"Server not responding" message ad aeternum... timer reaches even up to 3 minutes, no matter if I launch the game with proxy or without, it's been happening in the last few days.

FYI - I had the same nemesis not leaving his cell bug, but I resolved it by exiting and re-entering the prison - I didn't need to change his Power Type.
I don't know about you guys, but the Canadian Crisis is still unable to be entered by -any- of my characters needing it. I get the mission, and can't enter the land, no matter what I do or how high or low the level.

I've had no problem doing the Canadian Crisis. I last did it about a week ago, so I'm unsure if the new patch affected it.
-Have you already completed it? I have one character that has the mission to go there, but can't because he already completed it. Once the crisis is finished, you can't re-enter.
-Are you going to the right place? The Canadian and Desert Crises are accessed via the helicopter on the platform below the jet in Millennium City, not from the jet, nor any other zone.
-What level are you? The minimum level is 13 (I think. The zone is 16, so you should be able to enter 3 levels before that). If you're too high level and have never entered, I think you get licked out.

Prison Break flat out refuses to work for me. Can't fight Vengeance, Nemesis doesn't leave his cell. I can't even fight Green Dragon, they come up as not being valid targets. I even dropped it and picked it up again.
- Imbue break free is at 12 and doesn't even work when held.
- Smoke Bomb and Evasive Maneuvers' (Sleight of Mind advantage) stealth does not activate stealth bonuses that are attached to such powers as Ricochet Throw, Boomerang Toss or Gas Pellets.
My addition: Acrobatics still appears to be bugged, three years or so after it first cropped up. Combat with Acrobatics turned on will cause the animation to bug out and play a sped-up version of the normal running animation.
Also, "never cancels" auto attack mode is still toggled off every time you zone. Another one that has been in the game for about 3 years.
3 years is a very long time. -.-
EDIT: Another addition that has been in the game for years: when a cinematic starts and the mouse is inside the CO window, the mouse cursor disappears and gets "stuck" in the center of the screen (even if you alt+tab or hit the windows key or whatnot). I remember this issue being acknowledged a long long time ago, but still no fix. (For bonus points, sometimes you get attacked by enemies WHILE the cutscene is running.)
Bugs in this game bother me more than in pretty much any other game I play, because it has such a strong potential to be awesome.

FYI - I had the same nemesis not leaving his cell bug, but I resolved it by exiting and re-entering the prison - I didn't need to change his Power Type.
Supergroup mail being sent to each toon rather than a single mailing to the @handle.
I REALLY don't like getting 30 of the same message every time one of the officers does a group mailing.
In the game, I'm @Knickknacks.
The in-game ticket system is continuing to time out, preventing ticket submission one year later.

Updraft from the Wind Powerset is very bugged when used in conjuction with a jump.
It causes a possession/self summon animation, similar to someone being abducted by a UFO.
To replicate:
1- Get Updraft
2- Get a target
3- Before charging updraft jump and whilst in mid air begin charging the power
4- Watch as your character is momentarily trapped inside an invisible tractor beam!

You can fix it by switching the form off and on, but that's quite an annoyance.
Also, i've just searched for a topic about this bug and it apparently exists since at least 2011. :rolleyes:
