Radiant build for PVP, is it possible?

I've been playing this game on and off for little over a year, and have finally reached level 40. I bought gear off the Exchange and have both Presence and Ego at just over 200 and Intelligence at around 180
I've tried several duels, and it has gone horrifically for me with 8 losses, 1 draw and as yet no victories.
I was just wondering if it is possible to make a Radiant build that can win a 1vs1 fight, if not is there a build that can at least make me survive. I'd hate to see weeks of grinding to max level go to waste for a worthless character.

No doubt about that.
Basically, you should have -at least- 250 in your PSS, and around 180-200 in your ss (Unless you're speccing entirely for a singular stat).
