Some odd issues with loading and also past loading issues.

I am having some very odd issues with the game not loading it will stick at about 75% and hang there for quite a while, probably forever, I tested over 30 minutes at least. But sometimes playing with settings I can get it to load past, but even then my character can move but I will usually rubberband back. It is not connectivity issues either as I can send and receive PMs just fine. As well as being able to play the game on my other computer.


I think the issue is with this computer being a new build and CO not wanting to play nice with brand new hardware and I would like some suggestions on what else to try. BUT specs are

Windows 7
Intel i7 3770k
Nvidia GEforce 670
6 gb ram

I have way more than enough to run, since my other computer is just fine with it, but if there are any known issues with the CPU or Graphics card that would be nice to know.

    I'm having a similar issue. Once I select a character, the game hangs up on a loading bar. I used to be able to play prior. It hangs up roughly at that 75-80% mark.

    I have a very similar problem as well. A friend of mine helped me test it out. It was working fine on his, but it's completely screwy on mine.

    I also get very long load times (10+ min.) hanging around the 75%-90% area and then it'll load. I sometimes get rubberbanded back to the main spawn area every once in a while. My friend can't see my character in-game, but I'm able to PM him and vice versa.

    I've already tried uninstalling/redownloading it on Steam 3 times already and verified the game cache to fix it but the problem keeps persisting. I've tried force verifying it in the patcher's options, but to no avail. I even downloaded the standalone client and it's still doing the same thing. I tried with new characters but after having left the starting area, the long load times and the problems I mentioned keep happening.

    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
    Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
    8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 655MHz
    1023MB GeForce GTX 560 Ti (EVGA)

    LOL i seen already this bug but in an other game the bug happen then when the client dont patch full file :O loock like u have the old client with some new patch file



    hey heppen this all the time ?when u patch

    when yea then i cant give u soem tips but when it happen with u the first time try to downoad it not from steam :) hope help u :D

    Well, I got a really quick response to my support ticket. Guess, I'll go down the list to see if any of this works...
    Hello!

    Please try the following and see if they help resolve your issue.

    In the Launcher, go to Options and check 'Disable On-Demand' patching. See if this works.

    You can then try to 'Force-Verify' to make sure your files are not corrupt or missing.

    You can also try to run in Safe Mode as well.

    Here are some other possible solutions if you have not already done so:

    Make sure the game and your drivers (graphics, network, sound, motherboard, etc) are fully updated.

    You may have to be on a Windows Admin account, or have Run as Admin access to be able to download, install, update, and run the game. If on Windows Vista or 7, you may have to change the level of your UAC settings or turn them off temporarily.

    You can try adding the game folder/files to your exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall software. Please see the help menu or support website for the software that you use if you aren't sure how to do it.

    At your own risk, you may have to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other security software temporarily while you download, install, update, login to, and play the game. Sometimes the security software will block it or throttle it, no matter what you try or even if you try to add exceptions for the game files in your security software.

    Stop any processes that may be interfering with the networking and causing issues with your connection.

    Remove/Uninstall any unnecessary programs such as toolbars or Pando Media Booster. You may also need to close programs such as Teamviewer.

    You may need to uninstall the game, making sure to remove any excess files, then re-install it.


    If the above does not work, please respond with answers to the following:

    1) What exactly did you try from the above, and what were the results? (If you have tried them already, let us know exactly which you have tried)
