this is a group friendly dual blade regen build that keeps itself alive and in doing so aids the team in surviving...haven't done any testing yet, but the theory is sound...
I don't believe Gifts of the Storm activates from Regeneration healing.

I am not sure if i Gifts of the Storm works with regen, but it definitely works with Medical nanites and with the sentinel aura. I think that the true limit of GotS is that it activates only every 8 secs....
I have a similar build. I use PRE as a PSS to take advantage of the selfless ally Spec. I initially used Nedical Nanites, but while the healing was incredible... it did very very little dmg. On the other hand, now with AoED the damage is much better... but the survivability took a big hit... Your build with Regeneration and DEX PSS is definitely more durable.
By the way the rejuvenated trait is not really working as far as I know...

Correct. GotS only activates at most once every 8 seconds, and for only a percentage of the heal it triggered on.
In short, it's a nearly worthless advantage. But hey, at least it works now - for the longest time it never used to proc.
Rank 3 Regeneration and Gifts of the Storm should generate a 300 point heal every 9 seconds. This is not terrible for 2 advantage points.
It is not quite so bad as you make it out to be, but there are a lot of things that can mess it up when you are in a team situation.
First, you have to be getting hit a lot for Regeneration to ramp up to larger amounts. You will not be giving away much healing if you are not the tank of the team.
Second, any other heals you get are likely to reduce the effectiveness of the Gift by being the triggering heal (and thus causing a 8 second lockout). Most notably this will be caused by your own Bountiful Chi Resurgence, using that will significantly weaken the effect of the Gift advantage. Other sources of lesser heals include various auras that your Teammates might have, all of them might trigger the Gift.
On the other hand, there is also the chance of a big heal triggering it, though this is far less likely to happen.
After taking everything you folks have said into consideration, this is the revised set up and am currently in the process of testing it...Thanks for the advice, and keep it coming, I can always learn more ways to be awesome
