  chance = 100% (actually higher, but that would only be useful if someone was somehow rebuffing dodge chance.)
  avoidance=90%
  
  You can not reach this with LR alone, but there are a lot of other options for stacking dodge.

  With LR and dodge/avoidance in your primary defensive slot, expect to see around 60%/80%. You'll already be in diminishing returns heavily by that point, so you'd be looking for flat boosts if you want to see significant gains, like from thundering kicks or evasive maneuvers.

  Heroic Breastplate of Agility gives 139 Avoidance.
  Gamblers lucky gem to slot into the above gives.
  R5 127 dodge
  R6 133 dodge
  R7 143 dodge
  R8 148 dodge
  R9 153 dodge
  
  Heroic Breastplate of Elusiveness gives 139 dodge but there are very very few avoidance mods so the breastplate of Agility is recommended and far more common.
  
  The breastplates can be got from Silver Recog (cost 35 silver recog) farming at level 40 Unity and Unity 2 missions.
  Doing 1 full set of each gives 18 silver recog. Do both Unity and Unity 2 and you will get 36 in a days farming.

  If I have this... what would my % Dodge en % Avoidance be?
  
  We start all out with 10%
  
  Anyway.. thanks for the info on Farming the silver. I figured the slotting out myself before reading this. But was wondering how long it would take to get 35 silver together.

  Dodge change with rating reaches a target of 40% and diminishes after.
  It can still accept outside dodge bonuses, like Evasive Maneuvers, Parry, and Flippin(swinging advantage).
  
  Avoidance hits a target of 80% and diminishes after that.

  1x daily set of missions from either Unity 1 or 2 (including successful completion of Special Assignment) = 18 SCR.
  
  So you can earn 36 SCR every day if you do both. Also, rarely you'll get a double reward for a mission completion.
