Anybody else notice that at some point they added a different running animation to running travel powers and they had this running animation that looks like you're falling on your face? Well I've noticed they've gotten rid of it (thank God), the only problem is that i have an old character that has the old falling on your face animation is there anyway I can get rid of it apart from deleting the travel power and picking it again?

By "falling on your face" are you referring to the Naruto/anime style run with the character bent over at the waist, arms behind, while running? If so, this was not replaced, an alternative was added. Acrobatics still has the old-style run animation, Athletics the newer animation. On the super speed side, I believe Super Speed kept the old animation and Mach Speed has the new one.

I hate that. I picked distortion acrobatics again and it didn't have that. Nevermind I think I may just retcon the char.

EDIT I actually initially choose displacement acrobatics which has the horrible animation. I just choose distortion acrobatics maybe that is different, that doesn't have the horrible animation I'm talking about.

Displacement = Athletics (arm pumping motion) with a Particle effect and Distortion = Acrobatics (anime run) with a Particle effect.

Yea I kinda figured it could be that after some thought.

EDIT: If that sounds sarcastic it's not intended.
