Glitch found: Valerian Scarlet (technically) outside Club Caprice!

I have seen many strange things in this game, but THAT really needs an explanation.

Yep. That's Valerian Scarlet's eye and hand aura between the two bouncers. The rest of her is there as well, just not loaded in this picture. If it wasn't for loading lag, I wouldn't have discovered her.
She is hidden right behind the doors, inside the building.

That raises one big question: Why is she there? What reason did our devs have to put her in this place? :confused:

    It's for the initial parts of the VB crisis. She's there only as a minimap location mark for this questline.

    I knew that one a bit longer already, you can even target her with a command.

    That's a woman, actually. The Luchador cape doubles as a top.

    It's there for the question mark to show up in the opening mission for Vibora Bay Crisis. You have to talk to her inside, but they wanted a question mark on the map so you could see where the quest is pointing to, so there's the fake Scarlet outside for that purpose.

    Not having a head apparently doesn't keep people from having eyebrows. x3
