Get rid of BASH

So we all know that BASH isn't really pvp because pvp involves teams and not just everyone fighting everyone even if everyone is players which is what the p in pvp stands for but that's not the point I have a bunch of really good ideas and explanations for why this should happen and I also have a bunch of numbers and percentages that I made up because obviously I'm not going to do any sort of actual research and the very possibility of doing that without access to actual data which we players don't really have access to is somewhat insignificantly small to begin with so I'm just going to try to not call any attention to the fact that I mentioned numbers and facts to begin with but this one time I lost a bash and I was all bummed about it I guess even though as someone who doesn't really care about pvp it really didn't bug me at all since usually when I go into bash I go in with the full intention to just muck about and let people kill me so that's just dumb anyway but then there was this other time where I won a bash and I wasn't really even sure how that happened so I just assumed that I got lucky and no one really paid me any attention while I tagged people and got credit for kills because that's what probably happened but anyway that's not the point the point is that bash stands for something but I don't really know what it's probably a word that starts with be then a word that starts with a then a word that starts with s and then a word that starts with h and that all those words probably form some sort of thing that has something to do with a bunch of super heroes fighting each other at a construction site but I don't really know what that is

    get rid of BASH so people will play King of the Hill instead.

    The real question is, since we know crypt won't do this, can the pvp community muster up enough "give a crap" to all agree to no longer que for bash and instead que for something else?

    I don't think so, personally.

    Look here... there's little enough content in the game as is, don't ask for them to take something away from other just because you don't like it.

    I don't like PvP, I don't usually like the PvP community on any game, much less this one.

    BUT

    The PvP crowd has a right to content as much as I do, and If I'M coming to the defense of something I couldn't*' care less about you should reconsider your position.

    *I'm super cereal about this, I don't give two poops about BASH

    and who said teams are needed for PvP.

    I just wish someone would Q up for UTC. 3 days in a row no matches. WHAT happened. Before I took a break on friday night I could UTC into the morning.

    yeah, too many supercompetitive egos don't want to play on a real team.

    Sometimes I wonder if there are even 10 pvpers on at the same time anymore...

    Then I go to the melee tournament and see 24 pvpers who are on at the same time for like three hours straight...

    Then I go and queue for everything besides Bash.

    Then I log out several hours later not having gotten a single match.



    I think dueling killed Hero Games. There's clearly enough pvpers on at the same time that we could get that required number of players for any of the queues to pop... they just aren't queuing.

    Of course, you know the second the team queues get active again, you'll have whole teams of powergamers going in there to ruin it, so honestly why bother.

    Start using team duels to replace hero games.



    Speaking of which, when's the team duel tournament gonna be?

    I think you need to realize what happened before you say things like that. I just did ZA several times today. It usually works if you make a pre-made team. I usually ask people in zone chat (Millennium City) to join us. People were only dueling more because nobody was playing hero games much, and a lot of the good players were quitting.

    LOL I guess now I know who's been in the q for all lately... I noticed it kept failing so I stopped trying. I was waiting for some of my friends to come back so we could create a team. Saw some players in zombie apocalypse who have been there since I started it.
