    A leveling build or a retcon/retrain?

If leveling, waiting til level29 for Roomsweeper is a fair bit of play with no AoE; heck even going from 6 to 20 with just Def Combo could be boring. Same with the heals. Also, BCR without resurgent Reiki AND dodge to pump it is a meh heal at best, that reduces damage. If you want something to supplement Conviction, take Resurgence.

I personally like BCR...especially with Invuln.

Now it's obviously better with dodge gear and RR adv...but even when I went without those added, it was still very nice despite the -damage.

Being able to click it and then just do what you do for at least 16s, knowing that you are constantly being healed, is nice.

Granted...I have all three heals...but I still like having a HoT in the mix.

Different playstyles, I guess. I'd rather click a heal when I need it than click BCR every x seconds. Being low on health attracts my attention. Being a senior player, my memory isn't so good. I also only want the glowy chest thing for a couple of characters it fits.

I use custom binds for that so that I don't forget to activate BCR while fighting. (/bind is my friend.)

I'm leveling a gold char with that old build you were using Raven, well used a few power, just to try out around.
Well was Invulnerability and hybrid, so couldn't do much damage. xp

Yeah my damage is quite low..I get around 4k at best out of Haymaker, I guess for this character I am looking for damage and durability with a leaning toward durability. My guess is on LIVE it wouldnt turn out so great :/

Raven your first three powers should be

    1: Clobber
    1: Mighty Leap
    6: Roomsweeper

... there is no reason to bother with defensive combo especially without the advantage that lets you abuse its exploit which I do not recommended you rely on. Replace it with another heal like Bionic Shielding.

Drop Retaliation entirely. If you do want a block take Energy shield with laser knight and say it's made of crystal.

Dont rank up Ice Burst as doing so won't make the advantaged version of the power any better only it's damage. That is to say the damage will go up but the hold duration will not.

Replace Unbreakable with Masterful Dodge; there's no need to rank said power.

    ^ this, or:
Try con/dex/int, dex/con/int or con/dex/str, depending on your gear mostly.
Take MA shield w/elusive monk adv, BCR with adv for heals, the unarmed toggle for heals cd reduction. You'll get dodge, more heals and more MSA procs.
I don't know the spec trees names so I have no clue what it is you're using but if you get dex ss, you definitely should take the + crit severity specs. Avoid offense specs unless there's nothing better to take.
The advantage on roomsweeper is pretty good, try it. Unless it can't fit your concept, take inexorable tides too, it's a terrific melee cone power imo, providing good damage and crowd control. That way you could rush a pack of mobs, spam tides 3 times for dmg, cc through knock-up and build knock res stacks on your targets, then charge roomsweeper for dmg + stun.

Haymaker used to be awesome but now it's crap (same for enrage). Take Dragon Claws instead, it hits hard and there's a stone claws skin available which could fit your diamond theme.

Taco note that Elusive Monk scales with Dexterity and she doesn't have any. This isn't about making our own builds; it's about trying to improve the TC's to fit a theme/concept and be effective at the same time.

Form of the Master is a defensive oriented Toggle. The advantage only affects Chi and Resurgence. With her Intelligence + CD reduction on gear alone she can easily stack Chi on itself. That is a very bad idea. Just one instance of Chi + LK/EM and she loses a full ranks worth of damage. At that point it's only benefit is reducing Resurgences cool-down.

As such it shines only when the user is able to keep and hold aggro. It's the same with Defiance. If you are not attacked, you will not gain energy/damage buff/defense buff what have you. This is no problem solo, but in alerts and other forced team content it is something to consider. Oh yes and

Don't bother with the Stun on Roomsweeper. It will interfere with Freeze Dirtbag! Such is the way of all hold types sharing the same resistance.

Hey, I was just suggesting to put some dex in that build to up its damage, now that form and enrage have the same bonus %.
Also I'm pretty sure it's better to mix dodge with resistance instead of trying to max one.

Dude, you make me look like a **** noob lol.

I disagree with this part. Defensive Combo is useful even absent the bugged defiance stacking via advantage, even absent the advantage itself, if one desires to tank. The additional threat component built into the attack itself even without crippling challenge is rather nice to have; with crippling challenge it becomes excellent for holding aggro.
