This is for you gun-totting, sword wielding, soul sucking vampires out there. My first build was with Way of the Warrior. I wanted to hybridize it a little more and up my defenses. So I went with the next best thing, Quarry.

PVE Rotation

Scything Blade (Swallowtail Cut Bleed), Dragon's Bite (full charge for Rush buff), Devour Essence (full). Once you finish Devour Essence just rotate back and forth between it and Dragon's Bite (to refresh bleed and Rush buff).

Pros

Damage and survivability is very good. Although I sacrificed Expose Weakness for 2/3 Quick Reflexes (I wanted 75% dodge), my Depleted Uranium Core makes up for it. With 51% single target crit chance, there was no reason slotting a Gambler's in my offensive. I also cheat by using Lock N Load and Two Smoking Barrels. Even though I don't get the melee damage boost with the advantage, it still increases my base crit chance on everything, including heals.

Conviction is on a 2.7 second cool down with 3 stacks of Audacity. Bountiful Chi Resurgence is on a 6.9 second cool down and can be double stacked. Toss in Devour Essence and Phlebotomist, and healing isn't even an issue. Warden and Vindicator will easily get your defense up to 40%. I also have 1 Defiant stack (Breakaway Shot) and Fear (Void Shift w/ Emerging Nightmares) to fall back on if I need more defense.

Cons

Knocks, knocks and knocks. Even though I was able to tank Gravitar in Hybrid role from 100-0% without dying, I didn't do it gracefully. You'll learn to hate knocks with this build. It's definitely your "kryptonite", but every build should have a weakness.

With CON superstat'd, you might find Ego Surge with Nimble Mind more beneficial than LNL, unless you really like the reduced energy costs and small potential cool down reduction on the power itself. ES will give you a small ranged damage buff through your EGO boost, a much more significant crit chance boost, and the base damage buff will apply to your melee and ranged attacks.
