Some concept help!

So, I have two concepts I'm trying to work into action here.

The first is an old-school style super robot. Think Mazinger Z or Getter Robo. Gundam is also acceptable. I want to try and get a proper giant mecha costume that can give this vibe. As well, a build would be nice.

Secondly, I have an alt who is a 'dream wanderer' she hops back and forth between reality and the dream world, and I'm having trouble figuring out powers for her. What is 'fitting' for that?

Any help is appreciated!

This build uses a laser rifle, some heavy weapon moves, and Chest Beam. The Constitution specializations in this build give you energy when you take damage. The Protector specialization Bulwark helps you gain Threat even though none of these attack powers have Challenging Strikes or Crippling Challenge. This is a survivable build. The Molecular Self-Assembly energy unlock gives energy when a Power comes off of cool-down, so use Bountiful Chi Resurgence, Masterful Dodge and Electric Sheath as much as possible.

This build is more damage-oriented but is still survivable due to Invun and the Dodge/Avoid from Dex Specialization and Masterful Dodge. This build uses built-in weapon systems that can be fired simultaneously, Mini-gun and Micro Munitions. PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Keep in mind, a well-rounded build has Powers of several basic types: a Passive, a Block, an Active Defense, an Active Offense, a self-heal, an Energy Unlock, a Form, and several attack powers.

I particularly like this one...nice use of orange and yellow. What boots are those?

The first is an old-school style super robot. Think Mazinger Z or Getter Robo. Gundam is also acceptable. I want to try and get a proper giant mecha costume that can give this vibe. As well, a build would be nice.

I think you guys are missing this point.

Hrmm...Mechs. I spend too much time with mechs. I'll throw something together, see what you think. Gundam style probably.

As for the Giant Robot - I think the above are some good build designs.

Here's my take on costume design for Shin Getter Robo from an earlier thread. You're welcome to use the design or tweak it.

In that case I need to learn to read closer.

Here's another giant robot design; this one is loosely based off of Deathscythe.
