    Wouldn't it be nice if you could craft new costume items from those? Say combine 10 Heavy mecha swords to make a heavy mecha axe or mace? I miss crafting. The augmentation system is nice but it shouldn't have replaced the real crafting system.

    All game crafting is poo. I'm glad it's gone.

    Now, fusing ten of those drop swords? That's an idea with some legs to it.

    The only crafting I want to see in this game again is powers.

    i think crafting should have left action figures, costume unlocks and devices and just converted power replacers to costume unlocks

    It had been a while since I had seen - The Great Big Glowie! Is there any other object that produces such spectacle?

    The first time I saw that glow I thought I had found the rarest of items, something really powerful, A Holy Avenger, The Grail, The One Ring, but it's a now common weapon/costume unlock. Maybe it's just my way of pointing out (to myself) that I am no longer the newbie that I often think I still am. That I am now yawning at something that once exited me greatly. { shrug }

    This is not me knocking the game, just me pointing out one aspect of my evolution as a participant in it.

    That is the drop icon for a weapon costume unlock. I'm not sure why they gave them such a special look. They aren't that rare, actually.

    It's so other people can see that 'whoopdie-do, another poor sucker got a common weapon unlock'. :eek:
