because the forum stays forever lets make a list of current in game bugs please add to in replies i will mark resolved as devs fix them (fingers crossed)
Luther Black, Demonflame, no cooldown on his powers.
I think Guard Drones in the prison in Resistance have the same problem maybe. They can summon a lot of pets very fast if you don't take them down fast.
Nighthawk cape doesn't show up on character with some torso categories (Jacket? Chest wear? Can't remember)
Same problem with the Wrapped Scarf.
This could be a very long list if you intend to get all of the bugs
Interrupts still break IDF and Mental Discipline Forms
I think this is fixed on the current PTS build.
Nighthawk hood seems to be missing from the "extra" categories that it was previously available
Here is my little list of bugs that NEVER got fixed...Nothing new except for maybe the new travel power..
Aura of Radiant Protection
It has been stated that just from being a mind AT you lose the ability to block.
Now, the above is a problem but the below is also a problem
Being influenced by TWO AoRP from any two healers will cause you to lose the ability to block.
You still play the animation but you cannot block any attack.

WristBolter- Automated Assault and anything that procs from using your Energy builder
We need dev confirmation that this was designed like this. It is similar to Imbue's(now old) exploits.

Illumination
One can stack what could be an infinite amount of Illumination buffs as long as you transfer into a new zone and reapply the buff. Sadly, each instance of this buff has its own timer so infinite is limited only by time.

Does not proc twist fate but it can proc Exhausting Strikes on the player as well as any and all targets that you are allowed to target and use the power on

Hideouts
Staying within a hideout for long periods of time mess around with your passives(makes them shut off and blink)
Same can be said for any zone really...except hideouts seem to have a shorter timer for when it does happen..

That Resistance guard drone bug definitely is there. Ran Resistance prison (at Normal difficulty) few days ago and found myself facing almost dozen Destroids in few seconds.
Certain kinds of trees get...Well...best way to describe this is "**** You Trees!"
This power forces the user to pull upwards harder than the regular teleport. Easiest way to see what I mean is to get teleport and Ninja Leaves then use your rmb to stare directly at your feet then use the two powers and move forward while using rmb to pull up and compare how high you must drag the mouse to yield an upwards flight.
After messing around with it for a few seconds, it's very apparent what's wrong with the travel power.
For some reason, its forward movement is angled downward at about a 45 degree angle by default. You can see this easily if you just activate it and use space to fly straight up, then move forward (not angling your view up or down at all, just at a flat horizontal level). Left, right, and backward movement are unaffected and work just fine.
Some more bugs that have been around for a while, unless they got fixed while I wasn't looking...
Protection Field - energy return does not scale with Ego as stated in the power description
Support Drones - rank 3 of this power has the same stats as rank 2
Selfless Ally (Pre spec) - heals user for 100% of the healing done to target, not 10% as intended. Also triggers when tapping Circle of Radiant Glory as a self heal, that shouldn't happen.
Nemesis Creator - minion preview not working
Nemesis missions Prison Break and Bunker Buster - enough bugs to fill a thread of their own
Tutorial mission Homestead Security - not completing properly, possibly related to tutorial popups not displaying during Black Talon fight.
Gravitar - sometimes awards multiple Q'nite prizes for victory, sometimes no Q'nite at all. People getting randomly kicked out at the start. People getting trapped in the bubble.
Bank Robbery Alert, Nemesis - using Thug minion set, Enforcer (and Master Villain?) rank mobs don't spawn, not enough mobs to complete the objective.
Selfless Ally (Pre spec) - heals user for 100% of the healing done to target, not 10% as intended. Also triggers when tapping Circle of Radiant Glory as a self heal, that shouldn't happen.
They fixed the 100% hp return for Selfless Ally BUT there is a problem with it. No matter what rank you put it as (there are only 2 ranks so eh..) You will be healed for 10%.
Circle of radiant glory also heals everyone around you, now this is a little problem since it counts itself as a critter that can be healed and with selfless ally......Other 'immune-hidden' critters also provide a heal return for various AoE heals and hots.

I guess this means I should play my healer more often, I hadn't even noticed the fix :eek:
Whiteout 3 - can't complete this mission without having a Nemesis, you will be unable to get a mission complete on the final encounter with Cyberlord. It should either assign a generic nemesis or give you a warning or something, especially given that Nemesis come at Level 25 and you can play the mission earlier than this. Was playing on a team of 2; neither of us had a Nemesis; I was L22; other team member was 30ish.
-A Lot of NPCs glide across the floor in cutscenes or are in odd positions when they move(whiteout, resistance)
-Hitting Shift(making your character block) while viewing the Auction House will not make any results appear when searched
-Picked up props disappear when held above your head. (They're still there)
-Bird People (Head Gear) appears in the search box in the character creator for males, but does not set itself on the character
-Hi Pan's hat (Regular Hi-pan) does not unlock when used and says that it has been used. (I have his regular hat item, it says it's used but I had never used it at all) Meaning I can't get it at all.
-Hitting Shift(making your character block) while viewing the Auction House will not make any results appear when searched
This isn't truly a bug...it is a pain in the ****, however. You entered combat mode and were kicked out of the auction house. Using a power or device will yield the same result, only, powers on the bottom row are just numbers so if you are in the word search bar it won't kick you from the auction house but if you use alt+X then you will be kicked(Though the AH UI will persist in all instances so having that MASH Z pop-up under the AH screen helps to identify when you pressed a wrong key)
Pretty much it is YOUR fault...So bind your block to something other than shift and unbind shift so that it isn't anything that might make you enter combat mode and you won't have any problems in the future!
I have to constantly remind myself to not press shift all the time...I also made shift hold my block until I use a power or such.
- Fire Demon and Lemurian Recognition costume parts are CHARACTER ONLY and not account wide.
- Enemies with Enrage that have the giant growth advantage (Corrupt Amphibian, Bloodgorgers..etc) don't increase in size when stacks of enrage, or enrage types of buffs, are put on them
- Many enemies with transformative powers (Roin'esh, Dr. Zepherin, Dr. Timothy Blank) bug out and change forms or stretch models constantly. Example: Roinesh stretch really thin, go back to normal, then stretch thin again.
- The map (M key) is zoomed in way too much at normal zoom.
1. missions not clearing from giver on closure, is back
2. just received an "on alert champion equipment kit-you must train up and learn your first super stat to use this item" on a L40 who has retconned for on alert adn has slotted gear. Hope@cloudsatdawn - contents- 1 level 14 gear, 1 impact pism, 1 safeguard atalyst, also Emily- level 37 has ot one. someone else has reported that they are getting them too. others nothing
3. the going from hideout/alert- drop adn lose hitpoints , is also back.
4. lunge when going against a mobile bomb user, goes forward then slingshots you back to the bomb
5. .Slug is detargeting like Rakshasa when summoning. can't remember him doing this before

6. Lift door in penthouse. have to headbutt 2 or 3 times to get it to open and let me out of the lift
7. Got the nemsis clue for "Hot off the Wire" Level 27 mission at Level 37
8. when doing "all that is unholy" witchraft got killed. I used socrates to get out, went in to complete and witcraft was alive again
9. doing "excatation's overseer" in the lava temple, the seond group of mobs, is my NEMESIS and 2 minions. This one has happened before when we had the constantly increasing hps on nemesis.
10. whne I have Gunslingers legacy and Nightmare generater both in device lsots. Gunslingers says it has 1% chance of summoning stalking horror. The stalking horror has infected Dragons breath ttoo, now
Active offenses and active defenses. Is it supposed to be possible to have more than 1 active defenses or offenses active at the same time?
Eg.
It is possible to run both aggressor and intensity at the same time as long as your cooldown is fast enough. However, applying ego surge over other active offenses removes the previous ao before its duration runs out.
Same thing for active defense. If unbreakable was activated followed by masterful dodge, then both ads will run their respective full duration but when i tried applying unbreakable, resurgence or field surge while MD is active, MD is removed immediately before its duration expires.
These are the ones i have tested and I am sure there are more cases where ads and aos are interacting in inconsistent manners and this is rather confusing.

It's definitely the popup. I've found a workaround that works for me. When you go to face Black Talon, block. Keep blocking until the popup pops up. I'm thinking that it seems he'd otherwise get defeated so fast the popup doesn't have time to display.
When I do the whole block until the popup happens thing, it always completes for me. And I've done it a few times.

That is exactly what I ended up doing last time I rolled a new character :biggrin:. It seems to be the only thing that works for me.
The blast power bonus of Administer in Overseer tree is bugged on rank 2 and rank 3.
On rank 1 it gives a minor bonus. On rank 2 and 3 it doesn't give any bonus at all.
I've tested this with all blast powers.
The healing bonus on rank 2 and 3 is working.

Avoidance decreases Dodge Chance of Swinging's Flippin' Advantage.

[153 Dodge & 256 Avoidance] + [XX% Dodge & XX% Avoidance] = grants 43.8% Dodge & 72.3% Avoidance
[153 Dodge & 139 Avoidance] + [XX% Dodge & XX% Avoidance] = grants 44.4% Dodge & 61.9% Avoidance
