Character Slots bug?

No idea where to put this, so I am trying here. I opened a ticket, in game, and on my account about this. I purchased 2 additional character slots and never got them and Haven't got a response in 3 days about it.

I did so during the 4th of july sale event.

EDIT: I'd also like to add that when I deleted a character, I lost that character slot completely. So, I am missing a total of 3 character slots on creation screen.

    1.How many characters have there been before the purchase? Maybe 10?
    2. Did you purchase something else before purchasing the 2 character slots?
    3. Was the problem fixed by cryptic?

    Are you gold or silver? Did you went silver and deleted some toons?

    I went silver.
    I did NOT delete any toons.
    I purchased free form slots in the past and it always worked.

    OP is over 4 months old. And no peep since from the poster. One would say problem got solved.
    Does one need to pull out ones Boomstick?

    To anybody who converted from gold to silver.

    If you did not delete any of your former gold characters DON T BUY THE CHARACTER SLOTS FOR 1400 ZEN!

    You won t get them!



    Example:

    If you are silver you are allowed to have 2 characters.
    If you purchase 2 character slots you are allowed to have 4 characters.
    If you purchase 6 character slots (4200 ZEN) you are allowed to have 8 characters
    THE NEXT PURCHASE GETS ME 2 MORE CHARACTER SLOTS

    This is a known issue, but it's not declared anywhere. GMs can't change it, but they can offer a refund in zen, try asking.
