4 slot purple primary gear

Wow, I got a 4 piece purple primary gear from a Takofane Bag special item.
Legion of Energy or simular, wished I had not opened it at level 29 but never mind.

    What mods can go in those four slots?

    The four slot primaries have
    2 Stat slots
    2 Core slots
    1 Premade Core slot(Aka "Of Offense/Piercing/Healing)

    After obtaining myself a yummy level 40 avoidance legion defense primary I can tell you this:

    The SCR version just plain sucks

    SCR has a defense of 29
    Legion has a defense of 19

    SCR has 1 core mod slot
    Legion has 2 core mod slots

    Both versions come with a stock 139 avoidance

    Here let me just toss in some more numbers for you all..

    A rank 9 prism adds 21 defense
    A rank 9 gambler's adds 153 dodge chance

    Rank 1 Lightning Reflexes has 316 Dodge chance(for me)
    Rank 2 Lightning Reflexes has 379 Dodge chance(for me)
    Rank 3 Lightning Reflexes has 455 Dodge chance(for me)

    Defiance(for me) is 18% per stack

    Invulnerability Rank 3(for me) is 163 Flat mitigation with 75% resistance to all damage.

    Now, Use the information provided to figure out how to have 'double' passives. Take your time, I can wait...

    Done? Now figure out what power combination can be used to get 'triple' passives.

    If someone would be willing to post a table of what 4 slot devices are available on the Wiki I would really appreciate it.

    Since these cost real $ I want to know what is available before I spend money on them.

    Well I spent some resources buying the two "Legion Boxes" and then hopped on pts to test 'em...After reaching my personal farming limit(10 Alts) I have compiled a list of all the Legion gear that I have found...The list below is only for level 40..soo yeaa...


    Offense
    Offense-- 19 Defense // 68 Offense
    Piercing-- 19 Defense // 4.6 Critical Severity(around a 11% increase)
    Healing-- 19 Defense // 28% Bonus Healing
    Growth-- 19 Defense // 23 Primary Super Stat
    Precision-- 19 Defense // 95 Critical Strike

    Defense
    Defense-- 39 Defense
    Agility-- 19 Defense // 139 Avoidance
    Elusiveness-- 19 Defense // 139 Dodge Chance
    Greater Health-- 19 defense // 676 Maximum Health Points
    Freedom-- 19 Defense // 46 Crowd Control Resistance

    Utility
    Utility-- 19 Defense // 139 Cooldown Reduction // 139 Cost Discount
    Speed-- 19 Defense // 186 Cooldown Reduction // 93 Cost Discount
    Efficiency-- 19 Defense // 93 Cooldown Reduction // 186 Cost Discount
    Energy-- 19 Defense // 14 Maximum Energy // 93 Cooldown Reduction // 93 Cost Discount

    ALL Legion Gear contain 4 Open Slots for your Mods.
    The 4 slots are broken down into:
    2 Stat Mod Slots
    2 Core Mod Slots

    ONE MORE THING! Both "Legion" Boxes are totally random! You can get all 3 as the same gear or 3 different gears it is literally random!

    As you can see Some of the legion gear is a large step up from SCR gear..but others are merely a little bump up and the useless is now slightly useless...slightly...(Note: The values for legion gear ARE the same for SCR gear BUT you have 1 more core mod...and that makes a WORLD of difference..)

    edit: Oh and cryptic f'd up on the utility gear as you can clearly see (Legion gear trades 1 'bound core mod slot' for 1 free core mod slot but...someone forgot to do this on all the utility gear so you have pretty much have 4 core mods in your legion utility gears..)

    Are the 4 slot items only available from lock boxes or can we get them else where in the game? I don't really like the idea of having to pay real money for a really low chance of getting something i want.

    You get them from boxes within boxes!

    Tako -> LockBox

    All boxes can be traded.
    Tako is the only one that requires a key.
    You also get a become device along with the legion boxes(Blue and Purple)
    Ghost,Mummy,Frank only come with the special lockbox
    Doomlord only comes with the premium lockbox
    The green lockbox doesn't come with any become

    [Lockbox Gear Kit] (You get 1 random questionite gear and 5 mods)
    [Special Lockbox Gear Kit] (You get 1 random legion gear and 5 mods)
    [Premium Lockbox Gear Kit] (You get 3 random legion gears and 5 mods)

    One more thing to point out, They truly aren't worth it..just buy them from the AH or trust another player enough to trade your items for theirs.

    In the end everyone will slowly come to terms with what I have feared most about this update...and then maybe we will see action...
    or not..I really like my exploits...they are fun!

    Drop rate of [Takofanes' Cache of Treasures] Champions Online

    How can we trade anything that never drop. xD
