all weapon mods are rank 9 and cannot be fused, don't mistake mark for rank

  • plasma beam mark 1
blast all targets in a cylinder with particle damage, bonus damage the longer it is maintained

  • quick reload mark 1
instantly refill all ammunition

  • flashbang mark 1
taunt all targets in an area around a foe

  • containment field mark
place a shield around ally or foe, if the target is a foe they are paralyzed

  • advanced hyperkinetic dampening system mark 1
activate a powerful shield that reduces damge significantly

reduce the targets damage resistance by 100%

    Oh they do go to R9. I want a vehicle even less now. Rather have a character that can play all content with the effort it takes to get R9s.

    rank 6s seem to be the place to stop like rank 7s for regular mods, i just want it for the info

    well done, good full list, little bit of more info you may want to add in :

    avalanche is the white 4 legger model and has about 1% chance per box (test runs done by me and another player of 300 boxes)

    ridgeback is a 4 legger (green camo i think from memory) and has about a 1% chance per box

    manta is the 'droid ship' model, (cant remember color but this or moray is green camo) about 1% chance per box

    desert fox is 'droid ship' in brown camo and costs 200 drifter salvage

    boulder is 8 legger in brown camo and is either 130 or 100 drifter salvage (easy to check)

    moray is 'droid ship' (as above this or manta is green camo) 130 or 100 salvage

    tigershark is 4 legger in red/orange i think

    flintfire is 'droid ship' in red i think

    You sure about that? I have gotten rank 5 mods dropped during regular hours, they don't seem more common during vehicle mod hour, it seemed to me that all the mod hour bonuses were bundles of 5 rank 1s :confused:

    Looks like a pretty nice jump from rank 8 to rank 9, but yeah, not worth the effort/cost to me.

    Also, confirming that rank 5 mods are dropping at all times, just got a rank 5 Telemetry during bonus resources hour.

    Sloth will be updating the higher ranks at a later time then. Also if anyone would check Sloth's work, that would be appreciated.

    basically there are 2 types of tanks and 3 types of jets
    color varies by modal

Sloth would like if someone could provide screenshots for the mouseovers for the device itself and similar information. Sloth will be unable to afford a vehicle any time soon.

    with the exception of the prototypes, all vehicles are empty husks and their stats come from their mods. there is a basic attack similar to an energy builder that doesn't give energy :(. that one is different for each vehicle but i believe they all do the same damage
    how many slots and which ones are posted in this post.
    prototypes actually have 7 weapon slots, they are just locked

    Is there any way to get the stats on weapon mods? The tooltips are not very informative, don't even tell you range / aoe size / energy consumption / charge time / cooldown time / base damage etc etc. It's very hard to plan purchases without that kind of info, looks like a very expensive learning curve.

    They are still devices with descriptions of what they do. Sloth prefers not to write something informal without having a lot of information to work with. Sloth still lacks the device descriptions though, but could be making stubs about the devices themselves. The main vehicle page should be able to cover what can be done with vehicles, then the vehicle pages detailing them more.

    Currently Misterjust Sloth lacks a way to get this information for you.

    the problem is the weapons never say the actual base damage
    this might be because it varies by level
    furthermore mods can add to the amount
    i agree with ayona that the level meters on the vehicles are pointless
    they aren't really accurate to the damage level a vehicle does, basically just flair.

    i understand you want a specific format for the wiki sloth
    unfortunately the product does not state the definitive information you seek

    Sloth is one of those terrible people that works on things at work when not working on other projects. Normally Sloth does not do an amazing amount of writing on her days off.

    In the current iteration of Champions Online at the date of Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:27 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) The below is 100% accurate.

    Things that work:
    Bonus Damage
    Dodge&Avoidance
    Energy Regen
    Hp Regen
    Bonus Max Energy
    *Damage Resistance
    Cooldown Reduction
    Speed Charge
    Cost Discount

    Things that do not work:
    Defense Penetration
    Critical Chance(Cannot test critical severity because of it)

    Things that I did not test:
    **Bonus Healing
    ***Critical Severity

    *You start out with near 50% pure damage reduction so you are pretty much in DR so this stat is useless.
    **Bonus healing does not affect Hp Regen(from mods) but I have yet to test it out on actual healing powers
    ***Again, I cannot test this out due to critical chance not working.

    "But...But (My name) it says that I have (Your critical chance shown on the character sheet) so it MUST work!"
    Answer: Go hit a mob and tell me that it works.

    "Well at max you can have 156 Critical Strike which equates to between:
    103 Critical Strike grants 12.7%
    198 Critical Strike grants 27%
    So you must of just had a bad rng streak..surely.."
    Answer: Either they turned off the ability to produce critical hits with the weapons I have or they have turned off critical returns for vehicles. I used Ego surge to bring my critical chance up to near 40% too!

    Edit: If it matters I used the Black Widow with rank 6-9 mods. Also 1 rank 1 mod to test and see if the scale is still a meaningless pile of crap.(it still is) Oh and all of my testing was done on live cause I don't think I can transfer to pts still.

    Thanks for testing this Ayona. I got the same results basically. As for Speed Charge, it seems to not decrease the Charge Time of Charged Powers, despite the tooltip of the appropriate weapons saying so. I reduced a charge power from 5 seconds to 4.4 but didnt see any difference. Maybe that is broken too.

    Healing seem to only affect the Biosteel Regeneration Weapon Mod Ray Mark1 currently. At least the tooltip of the mod says so, but I couldnt test it either yet, since that Heal can only be used on others.

    That was my reaction at first, but after testing during a prolonged battle (Mega Destroyer) with 14.6% listed Crit Chance and no crits, I'll have to agree with you that Crit Chance does not currently work for vehicles. No hits did damage outside the expected range for non-critical hits.
