Mechassassin Hand Build?

I am looking for a survivable, believable build for a mechassassin hand (the cannon arm) that doesn't look weird. So far the powers I have to choose from are:

Gunslinger,
Two Gun Mojo
Lightning Arc
Force Bolt

If anyone has a build or more powers that don't make the hand look weird I'm open to suggestions?

Here is a build I have so far with the powers I know of:

Super Stats:
Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
Level 15: Ego (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: Sureshot
Level 6: Coordinated
Level 9: Shooter
Level 12: Acrobat
Level 15: Academics
Level 18: Healthy Mind
Level 21: Ascetic

Powers:
Level 1: Gunslinger
Level 1: Two-Gun Mojo (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Concentration
Level 8: Quarry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Ritual of Primal Summoning -- Unbound Ritual
???
Lead Tempest (Rank 2, Rank 3, Tread Softly)

I'm open to anything, even a full depart from pistols.

    Here's a quick build I made on PTS with great DPS and survivability. You get up to 124% dodge chance if you cycle your powers in the right order and are using lead tempest. Or a nice 84% dodge chance when attacking single targets with 2GM. You just got to keep evasive on at all times which is nice with all INT gear + cooldown reduction gear since you can stack 2 evasives in between full maintains of your attacks. You also get 61% dodge chance at rest. I tested the build with all rank 7 mods.

    Level 20: Lead Tempest (Rank 2, Tread Softly) aoe + dodge chance/avoidance
    Level 23: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind) +dodge chance
    Level 26: Ebon Void (Rank 2, Rank 3, Voracious Darkness) survivavility/run-swing block

    Level 35: Ice Sheath more dps
    Level 38: Circle of Primal Dominion (Rank 2, Rank 3) for boss/cosmic fights

    I dunno... do you know one that might use more energy attacks? This is good though! I've got it down as a finalist.

    Which energy attacks? I don't know which ones go with the mecha hands.

    I'm gonna suggest you add Submachinegun Burst for theme. If you pick the Uzi, you can make it disappear. Of course, it doesn't work if both arms are Mechassassin hands, though
