It would be pretty nice if we could choose which hand we could use our powers with. It would make choosing a gun / sword arm easier. Also would allow us to make fully right (or in my case, left) handed characters. It's just a convenience upgrade and should apply to Silver players equally.
This is something I've suggested in the past. I can see where it would take a fair bit of work (reworking nearly every combat animation in the game so there are left- and right-handed options), but I think it would be worth it in the end.

You know, all weapons go to the character's right hand by default. If it's a dual weild, the weapon in the rightis mirrored over do the left. A weapon in the left hand alone or two different weapons are not possible with the current coding.
The only exception is the Cur Hunter's sword and dagger, but they are actually one weapon.
It becomes hard making for example a character with a single gun-arm or a bionic arm on only one side when some of the powers emit from one side and others from the other.
