Dolphins and the end of the WORLD :O

OK PAIN inc ( to honest that really is just Me , Mah bro , Mah daughter and 3 Russians and some guy called Nutello Ying :/ ) are making Dolphins for the last day of CoX ( if you arnt getting the ScI Fi reference SHAME ON YEW ) and are going on a FISHY RAMPAGE \o/ to give CO's mom a proper send off.

We all know most of us will be playing that game on that day so what are you doing to send off the greatest Superhero MMO ever.

    Mm, I don't think I will be playing that on its last day. I never really got that into it when it was still going without signs of having to all come to a stop, I wouldn't want to risk becoming attached to it on its last day. If you guys make a video of your dolphin shenanigans, however, I'll happily watch it in honor of the predecessor of the game I've had good times with since '09.

    (I'd also gladly offer any CoX veterans that still haven't found a new home for their characters a place in my super group, but I'm literally the only person in it nowadays. To be honest I probably should have been looking for a new one myself these past few years haha.)

    Dolphin vid its is then. But this is a truly sad but at the same time epic moment in gaming.

    Think of it .One of the 3 legendary mmos ( CoX, WoW and Second life are the 3 if yew dont know ) is sunsetting this is beyond the closing of things like SWG and such.

    All gamers should turn up on that day

    CoX closing was a hoax.

    Lol at CoX and Second Life being "Legendary." What're you, like 12?

    Ultima is legendary....WoW, not so much. It just happened to bring it to the masses. D a o C (that's Camelot, not conan kiddies), even Runequest, i'd put before these games.

    Hell, i'd put EQ and GW higher on that list......:eek:

    Erm you may not like them but along with WoW these games made MMO's mainstream.

    Newsflash for you pal the money I make from Second life ( I build stuff and sell it ) pays for THREE other MMO's one of them is Everquest.

    Runequest looks like Playmobile are you like 4.

    Ultima I do like better than WoW but on the scale of what WoW has done for the exposure of mmo's to the great unwashed you cant compare them.

    If Ultima shut down tomorrow there would be a meh thats a shame. If one of the 3 MMO's I mentioned sunsetted there would be a publice outcry.
    OH WAIT ..thats what exactly happened..CoX sunsetting..public outcry.

    ^__^ Ultima is what I play the most but CoX was the first tripple A mmo and then WoW and SL followed.

    We can bang on about other mmo's but the fact is no other mmo could touch them ,for example SL can have anything from 30'000 to 50'000 at any one time ( to date I think thats the only mmo that gives current users on numbers on the launchers ). The mind boggles when you try to figure out the WoW numbers.

    CoX, WoW and SL are Legendary they made mmo's mainstream.

    *edit* I sit in my shop and play WAAAAAAAY to much mmos I even have an account on the playmobile like rune scape XD
