Firstly, this is my very first attempt of doing this, I played a year of the Disciple, but this is a first try at freeforms. I basically just meshed together the Disciple and the Specialist ATs. So this build maybe extremely stupid in people's eyes and need much tweaking, which is why I need the feedback.
The concept is this girl, already a young mercenary good with double pistols who got her boyfriend killed protecting her, however due to some deus ex machina he didn't stay dead, instead become the girl's psychic armor and blade, hence Ego and Support powers.
The character is strictly PvE, geared towards a glass cannon good at mid to close range AoE and critical damage starting out then gains more support powers later on (to help people in Alerts, maybe). So I don't care if I got one shotted in PvP, seriously.

Hmm, that's likely all I'm gotta say about that.

(Interesting, my original plan is to create a Sizuru Nakatsu (the girl on my avatar) tribute, but then the story and powers become very different lol - Sizuru would be more close to a Specialist AP with Heal, Selfbuff and rez. guess it's better not cloning some other copyrighted character...

    1. You have too many attack powers and not enough Active Defense or Active Offense Powers.
    Active Offense: http://www.champions-online-wiki.com/wiki/Active_Offense
    Active Defense: http://www.champions-online-wiki.com/wiki/Active_Defense
For Active Defense, I would recommend taking Masterful Dodge from Martial Arts and also take Bountiful Chi Resurgence (BCR) since those both work well together. BCR is a self-heal, which is important.

You need an Energy Unlock. Since you are mixing Power Sets, this can be just a little tricky but people do it everyday. I would recommend taking Overdrive from Power Armor depending on which Maintain attack Powers you decide to keep.

You have TK Shield w/ Telekinetic Reinforcement, that's a good Block. Just remember to refresh it during combat occasionally.

Thought Sever Advantage for Ego Weaponry is only good for pvp. Mind Over Matter Specialization on the Ego Tree is wasted since you don't have any Powers that Knock.

Personally, I would take Regen or Invun over Lightning Reflexes. Masterful Dodge provides good Dodge. Also, try to only take Primary Defense gear that has a +Avoid and then put a Gambler's Gem into its slot for the +Dodge bonus. Dodge shines best when it enhances some Damage Resist.

For Attack Powers, I like to categorize them between their range and number of targets. For example, Submanchinegun Burst is a range aoe, while Ego Weaponry is a melee single target, TK Blade Frenzy in a melee aoe, and Two Gun Mojo is a ranged single target. You really only need 1 of each. If you find you want 2 Powers for the same job, consider only having 1.
If you would be a serious TK blader, take Telekinetic Eruption w/ Enhanced Form Advantage instead of TK Maelstrom.

I'd go with Quarry passive and take EGO/DEX/INT for super stats.

Quarry is a good 'hybrid' passive. Boost damage and at the same time boost defense. May not be as good as pure offensive or defensive passive power, but is not far behind. Large part of that "not far behind" is because of diminishing returns on offense/defensive buffs.

If I want a hybrid offensive build (part melee, part ranged) that doesn't want to be one-hit wonder, I'd go with Quarry.

    Overseer: Trapped (2/3)
    Overseer: Conservation (1/2)
    Mastery: Ego Mastery (1/1)

err [strike]Where is this Quarry Passive...?[/strike] Oh never mind, Archery passive, that also explains the INT superstat. I'll give it a thought.
Actually I don't mind being a one-hit-wonder, If I can just take out this group of mooks before they do the same to me, it's good enough.
The reason why there is both target/range attack is that, well, in story one won't forget how to shoot just because they got this empathy armor with extra lightsabers, right?

Now I just need to farm for that Cyberpunk Legband and all preparation would be complete

One Question though: Quarry mainly boosts physical damage, that means in this build only the munitions powers can get the full 14% bonus while the others can only get 7% of that bonus, is that really worth it? (The Original Sizuru would be glad though lolol (looks at avatar))

Number on Wiki are 'base'. As if you would have all stats at 5.

Actual number in game, with stats at and above recomended, are many times bigger. You should read that "14%" as 50% or even more.

The same goes for dodge/avoidence and INT/EGO boost. You can get up to +90 INT and EGO boost at max for example. One of my Quarry chars has 65% dodge bonus standing still and hes not min/maxed at all. Not even close. With extra boost/gear/stuff could get near 90%.

Its also a good idea to rank up Quarry.

Non-physical attacks only get 1/2 the Quarry bonus that physical gets.
But, if you take Form of the Tempest from Martial Arts Dual Blade, this will increase your melee damage (and ranged damage to a lesser extent). All of your non-physical damage is melee so that will help.

Forms are good to have, I forgot to mention that in my previous post.
I think Quarry + Form of the Tempest will really help you out. Since Int is one of your stats, the 10% energy cost increase from FotT shouldn't bother you too much. Just remember to activate Form before battle.

After you get that Cyberpunk part, consider buying the Armadillo Secondary parts from Qstore. Wearing 3 Armadillo parts will give you 25% resistance to all damage. The Primaries should be avoided since they don't have gem slots.

Why not Ego Form instead of FotT since all my melee attack deal Ego damage here.

And another 33000Q to grind. but that's easy to do, I do have my Lv 34 Disciple... Are they bind to character?

FotT can have up to 8 stacks of Focus at +2.8% melee damage increase each. With 8 stacks, you'll do more damage with FotT. Also, FotT gives you some energy each time you gain a stack.
Ego Form is actually a Slotted Passive, like Lightning Reflexes or Quarry. You can only use 1 Slotted Passive at a time. Its not really a Form even though it has "form" in the name.

The TK Form, Mental Discipline, is cool because it creates 2 TK blades for you. FotT has some better numbers, but Mental Discipline is still good since you use TK blades.

Actually, if your using TK attacks then Mental Discipline gives a higher damage boost than FotT to make up for the lack of energy return. It's a multiplicative buff, so it stacks on top of almost every other damage boost in the game, including crits.

Nope, it's a power replace item and they were removed from the game with On Alert.

Thank you Cryptic for taking out good items.

Disclaimer: By stating 'Good Items'. it also includes some craftable consumables, and no, put them in reg shops didn't count.
