Alerts NPC in each Zone

Could an NPC for Alerts be added to each zone? That way, zones would get more use, and it would be easier to run alerts while doing missions in other parts of the game world.

    Hi there, roughteddybear!

    You can actually accept Alert missions without ever visiting the NPC. Just click the SOCRATES button on your minimap (the blue head thingy) and choose 'Search for Emergencies'. There's also many (but not all) other mission NPCs in there. Nice for on-the-fly mission turn-in!

    Yeah but it might still be nice to have the OP's idea. Everywhere other than MC is fairly barebones in terms of players.

    NPC's won't get people into other zones. People need a reason to be there.
    There's no random chat in other zones, even when there are 40 players in Canada or
    the Desert, nobody is talking, so its that much less interesting.

    The other zones are leveled locked so you immediately lose entire clusters of players.
