Machinima - Character Intro: The Owl

So a while back I earned a bit of recognition with my Champions Online machinima introducing my character Bronx. Well I've sort of done it again; this time introducing a character made by TJWylie (not me), known as "The Owl".

Thus, here's the video I put together for him. No voice acting, as it ain't my character and it was just a weekend amusement, but I did re-create and re-integrate the music by hand with my trusty piano and audio editing tools, aside from recording and compiling the video anyhow. Share and enjoy!

Heheh, a big thanks one and all for the compliments!

In particular (though no particular order):

Yeah, I had a shot of the character standing in front of the moon, but I didn't put it in the video--I had to get on my piano and compose a new section of the music just to make the song long enough to fit the video; made a two minute song last four minutes, heh--so just that single shot would have lengthened it a bit too much.

As for the 'get hired' thing, cheers a bundle for that massive compliment, heh! And if anyone in Cryptic does glance this way, I got my resume right here, haha!

But definite thanks for watching the video and leaving comments and such. Took me six hours from recording to uploading to make it, and when I got the free time between work, training and and gaming, I'd definitely like to make more in the future.

Really, really great! A bit dark at times (possibly on purpose), but I found myself wanting to see more detail here and there. Probably because it was really interesting and held my attention the whole time.

    Cheers!

Great just great. You should go into cinematography or direction in the movies I can think of a few films that could handle the moody camera angles and lighting you use.

They held my attention for the whole time and to maintain the mood through out well done on both of them.
