  I second this... It drives me insane. I have all settings practically maxed and everything looks great... except stupid assault glitch. PS this happens occasionally with other powers, but almost constant with TA

  Made my first TK toon last night and immediately noticed this bug. A little digging shows it was first flagged over a year ago. I guess a bug fix isn't happening anytime soon?

  Yup, I acknowledge this as well. Effect/bug happens on PTS as well, makes my toon look like she is flicking her fingers at enemies and causing damage
