All gear and power choices being equal...what's the real difference between their Dodge/Avoid?
There difference between night and the surface of the Sun. Night Warrior gives +17 Dodge/+17 Avoidance at R1. Lightning Reflexes gives +226 Dodge / +46% Avoidance and +226 Avoidance Rating above that.
Offensive Passive give very little defense compared to a Defensive Passive. The biggest defense of an Offensive Passive is make 'em date quick before they make you dead.

Really I'm surprised you'd need to ask at all considering it's an offensive passive to begin with. They totally fill different roles respectively.
With an r5 gamblers in heroic agility, base dodge/avoid is 39.2/58.7
Add in LR, you're lookin at around 60/80
Nightwarrior is around 42/62 or so
Without the the r5 (or higher) gamblers/agility, you'll net even less.
