I was playing earlier, and was moving a character to Monster Island. As it was loading, the game crashed. Restarted the game, selected the same character, crashed as it was loading into Monster Island. Even tried restarting the game with a different character, then log out and switch to the stuck character in the hopes that would clear up the problem... and it crashed again as it tried to load the character into Monster Island.
I have submitted SIX tickets, one for each time the game crashed. I want my character back! Hell, just move them to Millenium City and I'll just stay out of Monster Island with that character, but I still want to play that character. Being locked out of a character as a Gold subscriber is utterly unfun, and unfun moves MMO funds to other games which are fun.
Tickets usually take a while to get any kind of response. Hours at the least, days at the most. It's also coming up on the weekend.
Alternatively, it's possible that the crash might be caused by a damaged file relating to Monster Island within your game installation. Have you tried bringing any other characters there (preferably one you don't mind not playing for a bit...). Could attempt a fresh installation/download of the game, but not everyone has the bandwidth to spare for that.

Well, the situation did finally correct once my whole system blue-screened and restarted hours later (because one of the six earlier attempts was after a full system reboot) and I promptly moved the character to Lemuria (where they're now fighting orange/red/purple mobs), but it's seeming to be a stable zone and I have the character back.
And somebob, I will remember that for future problems but I guarantee they will me tired of hearing from me with all of the game-breaking bugs they have in game at this time.
