Nemesis editor bugged or broken?

I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this issue, but for a while now I haven't be able to edit my nemesis' powers, his minions, or his minion's powers. I've submitted two bug reports on the issue, and yet I still haven't seen the problem fixed. Is this happening to everyone?

    So, they broke Nemesis Creator, again.
    ....
    Would it be time to overhaul the whole Nemesis System and actually add some new stuff to it?
