    I'd rather get quality answers to the questions that are most critical to the business and the community than to rush the process.

    PS: things going on sale is a little bit of good news already, but I'm holding my breath on what going to happen to this game in the long run

    I would like to take advantage of this trailturtle. I already have a 1 month recurring subscription(and have had since about November) and the latest payment went through a couple of days ago.

    However, before I change my subscription from 1 months recurring to 3 months recurring there a couple of things I, and I'm sure some other people need to know;

    1. As I paid my latest subscription only a couple of days ago, if I change will the system wait until the end of this latest subscription to charge me the 3 month one. I hope this is the case as I don't want to pay for a new one with nearly a month left on the old one.

    2. if the answer is yes to the first question(as it should be), then how do I know that in nearly one month there will still be a discount on the 3 month subscription. All we know is that it is for a "limited time". We have no idea how long this time will last.

    I look forward to your response trailturtle and thank you for all the communication recently. I, and many others, appreciate it greatly

    I am anxious to learn this as well. I'm in a similar situation and am eager to pounce on this deal!

    Since this is a limited time offer, I suspect that you would have to pay now to take advantage of it. The time should just be tacked on to the end of your current paid-for time, though, so you shouldn't lose anything...

    Incorrect.

    All you're doing is changing your subscription format over to the new discounted one.

    I changed mine over yesterday (as well as put in a new credit card) and it clearly shows that it won't charge me until my current sub expires. Also, since it is a new button on the dropdown for what kind of subscription type you want, it's something that'll stick to your account until you change it (or change your credit card, as you must change your subscription type when you change your card).

    I cannot access the game for some reason. It logs me in, and when I hit "play" the loading screen takes WAAY long and suddenly says "Cannot Transfer Character." ???? What's this all about??

    Does this offer apply to all 3-month subscriptions made since the sale started? I subscribed last week at the reduced rate, and would like to know if it will continue for me as well.

    Yes. Basically you're 'locking in' your subscription at this discounted rate.

    NOTE: If you have to go into the Account system for any reason (like change your credit card info or expiration date) you WILL have to change your subscription type as well. Past October 1st, you won't be able to select this option.
