Just wanted to ask, will regen heal others if I will take gifts of the storm advantage on form of the tempest and will it be useful?

Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure if it activates from Regeneration, but considering it can only be triggered once every eight seconds and only has 20 foot range, I wouldn't recommend taking it. Even if you're running around with stacked Constitution, sticking close to your allies and using Resurgence (which would heal you for 10,000+), it wouldn't be worth it. That's only 2000 healing to your allies, which a support character could pull off every 0.5 seconds from 100 foot range.

If you somehow have 2 Advantage Points to spare and have already boosted up your Travel Powers and probably your Energy Builder as well, since those are arguably more useful than the highly-lackluster Gifts of the Storm, then I suppose you could go for it. But that's just 50 or so HP to allies right next to you every 8 seconds.
Dasher@Tool-box, donning his armor to prance into battle and blitz the enemy! No joke!
Cupid@Tool-box, stunningly radiant stag ready to play matchmaker between villain and arrow!
Vixon@Tool-box, frighteningly eager to summon despair for his adversaries!
Jebin Zedalu@Tool-box, elementalist weaponmaster. ...One of these things is not like the others!

For some reason I feel myself very stupid right now:rolleyes:.

But thank you, now I know that I better use those points somewhere else.

Not a problem. XD It sounds like a great advantage in concept, it's just those huge drawbacks that kill its potential. If it just dispersed ALL healing received, without a cooldown, it'd be a good advantage to take!

Full healing with no cooldown seems like it would be too powerful in a full melee composition with one healer, specialy if the healer is already using an aoe heal on the entire group, then gifts of the storm would effectively double the healing done on everyone.

I say 25% healing with no cooldown, i think it is better as a "quality of life" improvement during group fighting.

Oh, no, I meant keeping the 20% healing. XD Sorry, bad wording, there.

"All healing" as in every heal sent your way. Not every last bit of HP you receive. :P Sorry about that!
