"None" option for capes and other attachments

Simple as that: The option to have the Back/Neck/Jacket/Hips Layer pieces without a fluttering "cape" attachment.
Most of them would look really good without the attachments. Certain Luchador NPCs have it already. And removing the attachment can even prevent clipping in many combinations!

A very simple change that would increase the versatility of the Costume Creator without really adding new pieces.

In general, there are many costume pieces that could benefit from having certain parts *taken away*. For instance, the Samurai shoulder pads and bracers, IMO, would look much better without the blade part sticking out. The ancient armor shoulder pads would also look better w/o the blade that stick straight up. I also like to see the Retro Sci-Fi bubble helmet frame/mantle part w/o the actual bubble helm, (like Cyberlord has).

The list goes on - like the Dragon helm from the Hi Pan special alert being able to be worn without the side horns, or the Steel Hawk/Night Hawk boots being able to be worn w/o the toe blades.

Removing bits that are integrated into a costume piece is a bit more difficult. There would have an alternate version of that piece to be added.
The bubbles of the bubble helmets are a good example though. They are costume pieces on their own, just unremovably attached to another one. "Forced combinations" like that get in the way of creativity just as much as prohibited combinations.
