Fourth character bank slot bug

When I try to buy the fourth character bank slot, I get a not enough resources reply even though I have enough to buy it and the 5th slot. The second and third slots purchase fine, haven't tried the 5th.

    I have reported to our Devs about an issue with the Skill Level increase items on the vendors in the modification area of Mil, giving the same error message. I will also include the Characters Personal Bank Tabs are also causing this error message, for these two issues might actually be the same bug.
