XMPP Chat client

Yesterday, my chat clients worked.. today, they don't and I cannot connect to the CrypitcSpace.com - Is there a reason for this? Did something change? What kind of modifications do we need to be able to fix it?

Anyone else not able to log into their account using an XMPP chat client?

    I remember that once you linked account you weren't able to use it, which sucks. :frown:

    I've been using it with a linked account for several months now. You just need to log in using your new linked username/password - Or did, until today.

    Really? Never seemed to work with me...

    I'll have to go try it again, excuse my post if its merely user error on my end.

    None of my XMPP chat clients are connecting, and it's really annoying. :( I hope they didn't close off access.

    EDIT: Friend of mine is connected through their Pidgin client, however, my phone nor my Pidgin client on my PC will connect. :(

    im on the XMPP just fine.

    Oh, well, guess it's just me then! Thanks, glad to know it's not busted for real.. strange that I can't connect through two different clients though. Thanks. :)

    XMPP Chat protocols.

    Username: Your PWE Login Username
    Domain: CrypticSpace.com
    Resource: -A chat name, character name or otherwise -
    Password: Log in-password for your PWE account.

    That's it.. Pidgin will now act as an IM client for your CO/STO account. Enjoy.

    Thats great! It only works to send private messages to friends though, right?

    You can also talk in chat channels, so you can speak to anyone really.
