Randomly missing textures

I've been having this issue since I installed the game and I've yet to find a way to rectify it. I'm running a GTX570 with an i5 2500k and 8Gb of ram. There's no real lag in the game, and my settings are up pretty high (turning them down does nothing for this bug), but this is strange and very distracting. Here are some examples....

Blank roads, sidewalks, and building textures all over the city
Similarly in Canada, as can be seen there's just nothing rendered, pure black

Any help is appreciated!

    Allright, I fixed it. I guess Champions really doesn't like windows 7, enabling compatibility mode to Vista in the client exe fixed it and some other bugs.
