This is what I currently have going. Writing this up i've seen a few things I would prolly change but would like some critique. Constructive, non flamable if ya know what I mean :)

I do good damage with it, and hardly take serious damage. But please take a look, and lemme know.

Thanks

fixed it for you, what's the point of presence? you don't have anything that gets affected by it, threat has nothing to do with presence anymore either.

Hey little confused. You said you fixed this, but it looks the same unless you mean the colors, which would tell me I used wrong export. <first time using program, or posting here :)> Or where you refering to the PRE items, if that's the case then I better work on a new build. Any help with suggestions would be awesome.

This is my build for Captain Millennium. He doesn't die unless I fall asleep at my keyboard. I can easily take out the entire Powerhouse 5-man Demon training room at once. I find I only need Resurgence as an active defense, and I don't need to rank it. Instead, get Imbue and rank that. You can use it to get a crit on either your next attack OR your next heal, so use it just before Resurgence. I also have Conviction to keep myself topped off. Conviction has the added benefit of triggering MSA for constant energy, something I'd missed after dropping Defiance for Invulnerability. I don't actually use Unleashed Rage on him, but I added it in to remain closer to your build.

INT is a more versatile SS than PRE. I like the recharge speed, cost reduction and stealth sight.

I don't see Conviction on this build. You say you have it, but I am either really blind or it's not on this build you posted.

Capt, can you actually post your build, so I can see it, please?

I have a very similar build for Dr Novocain, what is it about roomsweeper however that makes it viable? I only say this because its a aoe that is all about KB which i would see to be counter productive. I know its a popular power also.

Captain Millennium is always refining the build; and his posts are awesome. Wish he had his own forum!

Another build, with Conviction, is here: (Link to this build)

(Hope Capt. doesn't mind me posting the other build!)

Sorry guys, I was looking for another discussion and saw that I'd missed your questions. And yeah, I'm always refining my build. In fact, here's another!

    Powers:
    Level 1: Clobber

    Level 8: Enrage (Endorphin Rush)

    Level 17: Molecular Self-Assembly
    Level 20: Resurgence (Evanescent Emergence)
    Level 23: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 26: Dragon Uppercut (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Fault Line (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenging Strikes)
Level 32: Hurl (Nailed to the Ground)
Level 35: Ego Surge (Rank 2, Nimble Mind)
    Level 38: Sonic Device

    Travel Powers:
Level 6: Jet Pack (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Mach Speed

    Specializations:
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (3/3)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Retribution (2/2)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Offensive Expertise (2/2)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

To answer the question about Roomsweeper: I just love it. It's my single favorite power in the game. A great looking roundhouse punch, it builds Enrage stacks fast and it feels powerful to send five guys sailing over the horizon. There are more efficient and team-friendly alternatives though.

Some changes in this build (currently using this on PTS but it'll likely be my live build soon):
I've traded in both Imbue and Aggressor for Ego Surge w/Nimble Mind. If the changes to Imbue go live, it'll no longer be a guaranteed crit and it'll be an Active Offense. Aggressor is nice for getting a few Enrage stacks, but the additive damage buff was really only giving me something like an extra 10% in real damage returns. With crit gear, specs and a CON of 330, Nimble Mind gets me to 80% crit chance for 15 seconds. This gets me more multiplicative damage as well as freeing up a power slot.

I've also dropped Demolish. I like the debuff and the high damage, but I've started parsing combat logs and it just seems inferior to Dragon Uppercut. I get a DPS of around 1400 from just Demolish, and around 2200 from just DU (when using everything at my disposal in this build I was hitting the level 40 PH training dummies for over 2500 DPS). Rather than have two heavy single target attacks, I'm going to consolidate down to just DU. This also opens yet another power slot.

So what to do with those liberated power slots? I wanted to add a little versatility, mostly with powers that'd come in handy in the occasional friendly duel. Hurl is a great way to apply NTTG from 100' and moving that advantage off Mighty Leap means I don't drop PVE mobs out of the sky every time I lunge toward them. I like CC on Mighty Leap though, because I tend to forget to use Hurl in melee range. I'm also thinking about picking up Sonic Device for a little extra damage and the stun. I've also considered just taking additional Active Offenses and Defenses, or Unleashed Rage would be great if you're so inclined, it just doesn't feel right on Cap.

Oh, and I finally learned what the rest o the community already knew: Jet Pack is a faster flight power and looks great without an actual jet pack.
