    I've been fighting them on the STO side all morning. I've alerted the community team, hopefully they can get you some help over here too.

    A theory: The ignore feature is removed from the forums specifically, because if we could ignore them from the forums the in game list would show who they are and that would render account security moot.

    The forum and in-game links, ignore lists, mail, etc., were separated when the transition to the PWE forums happened.

    I *really* miss getting in-game mail via the forum. I used to check my inbox on my ipod at work. :(

    We're working to bring this feature back. Part of the transition to the PWE framework (both for the forums and the website) involved losing the Report/Block functionality, but with the next upgrade we're hoping to incorporate that into all the forums.

    That being said, that kind of update is at least a little ways in the future. We're working on a more immediate fix... hopefully we'll have something in place for next weekend. Thank you all for your patience.
