Weapon Emanation Points and Thrown Projectiles

Emanation points. They've been talked about and are being looked at, so say the messengers.
I just wanted to ask/suggest if we could get emanation point to work with all weapons? Ice powers coming from a techy looking gun, or fire or plasma, or perhaps even emulate the Magnum Mage and fire mystical bolts from your trusty .45! Mystical bolts coming from your sword, staff, wand whatever you feel like zapping with.
Just make the possible emanation point in the 'powers' menu to include 'weapons' or even 'ranged weapon. melee weapon." and the option in the costume creator, next time you visit, will pop as if you had a power that actually uses a weapon any way.
Secondly, and I'm not sure how conceivable this is: Shuriken throw and the boomerang powers are neato to thing about conceptually for a toon.
What would be really great is if we could have a few costume options as to what the projectile looks like. Playing card? Standard boomerang? Serrated throwing blade? Thing that looks like demon wings or little flaming swords?
The customization options, and the plethora of them, is one of this games great strengths and the more the merrier, right?

even the new "Plasma Beam" attack that could at least have more hand emanation points (to fit on the new assassin hands with gunds on it) doesnt have that option. not sure how much trouble could do that for the devs, but i would pay well for these options...
I'd actually like to see emanations like [point] and [power]. For example:
[Guns] that fire [ice bolts]
[Wrist blaster] that fires [bullets].
I know that this may not get the work it needs, but if you can change powers from your head, chest, or hands, I don't see why other things can't get the same treatment. We've already also seen a sword that you can fire a lightning bolt from as a device from the Hi-Pan dragon alert.

[Wrist blaster] that fires [Ego Sprites]
Which I personally don't have a problem with - but I've seen enough whining in chat about silly names, I don't want to watch them acting up over silly powers, ya know?

Whatever that attack that is in the infernal powerset, the one that sprays toxins/disease in an arc in front of the character? I want a flamethrower that shoots that. Yes, I want to use a weapon outlawed by the Geneva Convention. Then again, I may just go Third Grade and call it my fart cannon.
