Well, off the top of my head, I can think of two ways...
One: Finish the Crisis and exit as normal?
Two.a: If you have a Penthouse hideout, you can exit to MC by flying to the edge of the map outside the penthouse.
Two.b: If you don't have a Penthouse Hideout, send a friend Request to @TKane39K. I have a Penthouse and could invite you to the hideout and then you can use the MC shortcut like that.

I had a problem with this mission, entered Canada's Powerhouse, got out in the old instance for Canada's crisis without any quest.
I got to the choppah!!
Thanks all for the replies, for reference sake this worked, I had gone up to the heli-pad area before starting the thread but got no interaction options, trying again (after seeing the responses) for some reason I needed to have the avatar literally pressed up against it for the interaction to appear.

should send you somewhere.
I thought the old powerhouse still had its wheel for exiting?
In game join channel TalkyTalk or LFG and shout out for a penthouse fix.
Those cross all zones and someone is bound to be your hero.

=^ _ ^= Kitty Lives!
That should cover it - Or
if you have a penthouse fly/tele/swing off balcony for the mc prompt
Use a teleport to MC device.

Anyway, thanks again everyone.
