Input needed for Tron build

So, ever since they added light speed, I've been trying to come up with a Tron themed build, but I've never found anything that felt satisfying.
I've been thinking I might want to use ricochet shot as a primary attack for such a build but feel like, unless I use night warrior (which would seem less fitting than lightning reflexes or way of the warrior) it would underperform, however it IS the most Tron feeling attack I've found in the game.
Another thing I've been struggling with is, with my night warrior build, I use ego blades for the melee portion to keep stats simpler, ie. ego/dex/int. However, I'm not really sure I would want to use a combo of ego blades and boomerang since I already have a build focused on that, so I'm thinking probably dex.... and not really sure what else.
Anyhow, hope to get some good solid input, as I have very few ideas on specifics right now.

Some Tempest powers, Mindful Reinforcement, a Heal, some drones, always
gives me the "I'm a user" or "I fight for the users" effect I'm looking for more than
just being your average 1980s 8-bit hero.
My first free form character was a "Tron" build called Turnon and she was basically
what you see in the Radiant AT, we didn't have a boomerang.
I figured the energy builder was code, and Radiance was a disk.
Then I summoned storm sigils as kind of defense towers later I got sick of those,
when I could retcon, I went with ball lightning and drones as pets instead.
I never really got into "summon the IO tower' effects like Poz and Redemption, until Radiant came out though.
Then orbital cannon, and the others all became part of the "end of line".
I tried life drain as an "all your functions are now mine" kind of thing once, but it didn't really play out well.
Btw I've seen Tron clones that were nothing more than a behemoth. Somehow it still looked cool.

Thats why I was thinking dex based, probably martial arts or something, I don't imagine we will get weapon customization for boomerang anytime soon, I still think I'll have to do some testing on weather or not ricochet is a worthwhile power for high level content without stealth.
Also, with the new vehicle system I'm really hoping for some tron looking stuff, like say the ones from saints row 3.
