Vampire Build

I don't usually make thematic builds, but Night Warrior provides a great sneak-attack opportunity. Basically I want to mix Darkness with Ebon Sorcery for a very dark hero. For theme, I have colored his powers red, like blood.

Name: Shadow of Caine

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Endurance (Primary)
Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
Level 15:

Talents:
Level 1: The Inferno
Level 6: Acrobat
Level 9: Boundless Reserves
Level 12: Accurate
Level 15:
Level 18:
Level 21:

Powers:
Level 1: Shadow Bolt
Level 1: Shadow Embrace
Level 6: Shadow Shroud
Level 8: Lifedrain
Level 11: Night Warrior
Level 14: March of the Dead
Level 17:
Level 20:
Level 23:
Level 26:
Level 29:
Level 32:
Level 35:
Level 38:

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Fire Flight
Level 35:

Specializations:
Endurance: Readiness (3/3)
Endurance: Gear Utilization (2/3)

I went with Endurance because I've been on an Endurance kick lately. I could switch it. I'm not entirely sure where to go from here. He uses Darkness powers with Night Warrior Passive and I want him to have some necromancy type powers. He will be filling a DPS role and will use some evasive abilities to avoid detection. He's not a "stand out in front" type of guy.

I would suggest picking up ricochet shot, and/or throwing blades, from stealth, ricochet shot can kill entire groups of henchmen, sometimes villains or higher with crits or whatnot, throwing blades can clear an entire room from stealth if used correctly, honestly, I only use assassin strike on supervillains, which it usually one shots from stealth on normal/single person instances.

Well he's more like a necromancer than a ninja or something.

Devour Essence with Supernatural Power innate passive is like he's sucking the health out of his target... with supernatural Power, you can just keep on Devouring until the target is dead.. it refreshes your Energy bar everytime it gets low... it's like unlimited energy for that attack.

If you are mostly using darkness attacks, and the ONLY sneak attack power you plan to use is the free one from night warrior you should probably reconsider your build plan as it will be rather sub-optimal.

If you mainly want to be dark and/or sneaky, shadow form gives some stealth (dex supposedly effects stealth strength) and combined with TP you can pretty much go wherever, and have a much more significant damage boost, you don't have to worry much about losing defense as night warrior gives very minimal in that department. Also, shadow form looks much more "dark" night warrior gives no visual effect other than looking like you are made of glass while in stealth, which is not on when you are fighting/using powers either.

I have been using for my vampire build , a bleed based build .
Even in the Hybrid role and using Aura of Primal Majesty...is capable of massive damage and almost unkillable , as a dps , having tanked everything except Gravitar/Qwij/Kigi .
    Dex Primary SS
    Str+Con Secondary SS

Aura of Primal Majesty R3 for my passive
Bestial Fury with the Rip and Tear advantage for energy builder and additional bleeds
Bite r2 with Furor Venenum advantage . with the stats does decent damage with a very fast charge time . for more applications of bleed quickly .
Devour Essence R2 with the phlebotomist advantage , extra heals from the bleeds .
Supernatural Power as an energy unlock .
Form of the Tempest as my Form .
Reapers Embrace R3 for the Rupture to all the bleed stacks for very large damage . I don't use the show no mercy advantage , since I build bleeds fast anyways .
Scything Blade R2 with Swallowtail Cut advantage , AoE melee bleed , a full charge takes out groups of henchmen .
Void Shift with Nailed to the ground advantage . as my gap closer and that shadowy vampire appear out of nowhere effect .
Resurgence as a back up emergency heal . Active defense
Also the name escapes me right now , but have the Dodge Active Defense as well .
    Intensity as active offense
The rest , do not matter .

This is just another idea on how to make a "Vampire" type build . there are lots of ways but Devour Essence coloured red is a good choice to centre around!

You are definitely going to want to use Invulnerable as your passive.
It provides........SPECIAL........bonuses for all Vampire characters.........

I'm thinking more like a cheesy vampire video game, not sparklepires.

I started to think about a vampire build myself, but my vampire should be a bit more old school, with the ability to command the lesser animals and the weather and so forth.
    That would look like this:
