Is chat down again?

Hi I was in private chat with a friend and suddenly no messages are going through. Is chat down?

    Happened to me too....during RP...in Caprice. >_<

    Hmm.. This occured to me when I logged in on champions online and tried to recieve some roleplay done. However it did not go well since the global chat server is apparently offline. Hopefully they will fix it real soon otherwise someones gonna rage.

    Me too I cannot see any friends nothing not even mail and only local no other channels. Oh thank you cryptic!!

    THe local channel is not working for me however. I have no idea if the chat in team or tells work. And I have that issue as well. Can not see any friends at all nor can I see the mail. Just hope that it will be fixed real soon. Want to try and have something to do before heading off
