...A marksman named Master Bowyer appears.Fights with the crimes, helps people, trains himself in Archery, and at last,he becomes a Top-Class Hero(lvl 40).But;since he is old now,he wants to train another hero as his apprentice...
Then Buggy HeX appears;A young hero uses Telepathy,Archery,Gadgets,Force and many other things. He tries to do the same thing the Master Bowyer did.And by doing that,he gets his attention of his future teacher. One day,the Master Bowyer and Buggy HeX meets after a fight against the criminals. They talk,be friends, and The Master Bowyer takes the young HeX as his student. From that day,HeX learns to fight more efficiently(bonus exp),gets extra help in Archery(Marksman Bonus from Master Bowyer),and works with his master in their hideout.
Years passes like days...and the young HeX becomes an experienced hero like his master(lvl 40).Then,as the history repeats itself,he looks for his apprentice,a new generation to teach...
İ hope this example helped you to understand what is the Master and Apprentice system.
-Bonus exp
-Bonus stats
-Bonus power strength(according to the master's powers)
-Bonus Resources
-Fighting the crime with your Master(npc)
-And many more things that aren't inside of my mind for now...
Note:Only the Archetypes can be a Master(Bonus power strength+npc combat control)
Note 2:For the ones who will say that i'm saying the same things, guess why i'm saying the same things?...
With love of Helping
Buggy HeX(and Master Bowyer
)

I like it, to be honest. At that level, all you're going to want is similarly-levelled friends of yours to be at the same level as you. By being effectively their 'mentor', by giving them an XP buff if they're in the same team as you, they level up quicker.
I like this, and feel that it should be there.
That said, I suspect that it would lead to level 40s being hired by other players for their XP boost... Which actually, come to think of it makes sense. Hiring a tutor to get better at heroing?
Totally sensible in-character!
So yeah. I wouldn't necessarily call it Master and Apprentice. That's a bit too wordy. Let's call it... The Mentor system, so that it fits a bit better with the Caped Superhero theme we've got in most of the game thus far, and because it interlinks with the sidekick level increase-whilst-in-a-team system a bit.
1-Which one is harder for a programmer to make a lvl 40 npc hero AI:Archetype or Freeform?
2-İ'm not going to help with my lvl 40 character(Master Bowyer). The pc AI will automatically help to my new alt character(Buggy HeX).Like a summon, not a pet.
3-How will my lvl 40 character will appear to help the other players, without i know it?
4-The Mentor system you're talking about would work too.For the ones who wants to help other players.Ah,the old classics...
I do like your idea, but would the text be reminicent of how your char would speak/how you would type it? Because frankly, if it was my Mind AT would probably be very b-itchy...I love it xD

Well...there can be an option to write the things that our heroes will say, depending on the situation
or
The personality system in the nemesis creation would also do the magic (But much more detailed options...)
EDIT: What if, being a part of the mentor system grants the lvl 40 hero a title called Mentor.
[SIGPIC]Too late![/SIGPIC]
İ'm glad you've liked my idea
And yeah, the Mentor title would be so cool
