Thanks for reading my post, I am a new gold member and I have been messing around with builds. For the life of me I can not find a good example of a celestial build. I love the way the powers look and I actually like the healing in game.
The problem is I have no clue on how to build one for heals and damage. I am kinda power dumb at this time. Does anyone have a build or suggestions that can help a dude out?

Unfortunately I can't give you a build because I myself isn't that good with building. All I can say is that there is no "damage" powers in celestial itself. Look somewhere else. Basicly you can take seraphim as passive and then use powers from darkness, sorcery or telekinesis/telepathy, they will get bonus damage from seraphim. Also, lots of good healing /support powers are not in celestial aswell. For example there is no bubbles in celestial while they are quiet effective for a support.

Celestial set DOES do Damage when you target enemies. and Heals when you Target Allies... it's a Dual power build.

Celestial can be a really powerful set by itself, but thats considering its built in combos and power interactions.

Myself, the only power I really use from celestial is seraphim, and the energy builder, for damage I use TK assault (ranged maintain, single target, minor AoE if you advantage it), skarns bane for AoE/debuff, ebon ruin for single target high dmg/debuff, the healing I use is from mentalist and arcane. All of which get a damage/healing boost from seraphim.

Like I said, if you want to focus on celestial for attacks and heals, the combos are what make it worth notice, IMO.
