Account Verification?

I'm a returning player, and I just linked my cryptic account to a PW account. Now it is asking for a account verification one time code. There is a confirmation e-mail I just received, but no account verification e-mail. Where do I go to initiate this e-mail so I can log into my account? This is a lifetime account.

    Check the spam box in your email.

    As the post says, I've got the same problem, but my spam box in email is empty.

    Returning player, linked the accounts....

    Can't login because I'm supposed to receive an authentication email, but haven't.

    I posted on the technical help section in PWE, and got an email from them saying they are looking into the problem and will get back to me in 3-4 days.


    BUT...Does anyone have any other suggestions as to a fix for this problem?

    I have the same problem, returning player, no email, no spam, a big nothing... :frown:

    Please help us.

    Edit: i would like to enter with my cryptic account. weird thing is, that my pw account name is the same, when i created them, i had no idea that they will ever merge. maybe that's the problem?

    OK now, this is new.
    i changed my email address, and re-entered the game. i finally got the email with the code, but the game says it's INVALID. wtf now? :confused:

    ok now, i got another email, and that code works. (how is it one-time then? lol) finally :D

    You can use it only once.

    It is really insane that they make it this hard to get back into the game. I tried to get a Gold Subscription and ended up stuck in a never ending circle of password resets and incorrect passwords. Can't I just do business with Cryptic only?
