Unity 2: Foxbat There and Bat Again bugged again

All enemies have been defeated in the final wave. [Mission] chat says ""UNITY: There and Bat Again" complete!".

Expected behaviour: Foxbat dialogue option ("?") is enabled, allowing you to collect your silver recognition merits. These merits are worth >50% of the total merits of this 4-mission story arc.

Actual behaviour: Dialogue option does not trigger. Furthermore, a "helper NPC" (of cowboy variety) is still in the mission even when he is supposed to disappear. I have destroyed everything in the rooms to trigger the dialogue option but nothing happens. I thought ensuring Foxbat took damage on the last wave would help, but it didn't. I have waited at least 10 minutes and no change in state.

Impact: This creates a negative gameplay experience due to the lack of expected rewards which are so highly stacked to this last mission of the 4-mission arc. Please fix either the rewards to be triggered by whatever is triggering the [Mission] chat (because that works) or the dialogue option to properly trigger as currently designed so that the reward can be collected.

Note: I played this on another toon [Hell's Fury] several days ago and successfully completed it. Bugged toon is [Stratosphere].

    Were there any specific reason for that personal attack other than that your opinion differs from mine?

    Thanks, I tried that too (destroyed the drilling machine) as part of destroying everything in all the rooms. I still did not get the dialogue option, thus I logged the bug.

    Danielpenfold: no, I could not talk to Foxbat after all enemies have been defeated.

    I had the exact same problem, but I was able to finish this mission today by leaving the instance using the crime computer ("leave current map"), and then I re-entering Juryrig's garage using the key (I had that option, as well as the normal option to enter the garage). After killing the 2 enemies attacking Foxbat, the dialog option appeared above Foxbat (the "?" sign). I talked with him and was able to finish the mission.

    This problem appear in the Unity 2 mission as well, but I was not able to solve it. I can now see many players are having the same problem:
