This advantage would grant health with Defiance slotted in. Just like Regeneration has the 25% damage resistance Defiance could give some level of regeneration. Taking the advantage however will take away the energy gains.
I find that Defiance loses out a lot on health before you get the 6 stacks. So this could balance this out.
There are several specs that fulfill that, not to mention endorphin rush on enrage. This is not needed. Not to mention the actual resistance goes down the lower your health gets.

Curious... Would you be ok with a mild buff to Endorphin Rush's numbers? Nothing major, but a little bit more for tanks that probably don't have much PRE anyways.
I agree, Defiance needs something to make it stand out. Currently, it takes the worst of Invulnerability and Regeneration: it only adds resistance, and takes some time to build up to full power. Before the On Alert update its big advantage was when it was combined with Enrage. Now that Enrage is a form, Defiance has become pretty "meh".
On a slightly different note, is there a chance that Aspect of the Bestial be given the Endorphin Rush advantage as well? Sometimes even the Regen tanks need a little extra healing.
The thing with defiance, is when you get your full 6 stack you can take those massive crit damage hits and live where an invuln or regen tank would likly have just had their entire defence demolished and died.
This little benefit however is largly impractical, as rapid small hits will destroy a defiance tank like nothing. Defiance tanks need some sort of persistant healing to keep them up, they can take the hits but their number is limited.
As for an advantage to replace the energy on hit with a regen... NO! That energy on hit from Defiance is a backbone for defiance tank energy management. So long as a defiance tank has aggro they have energy flowing in fast enough to sustain a constant stream of attacks. Remove this and they are driven to use their EB to build up energy giving the DPS in the group enough time to pull aggro.
Rather, I'd like to see a small heal on hit addition to Defiance, non-advantage... heals for maybe 0.25% your max hp per stack.
Doesn't anyone block anymore? Defiance doesn't lose a chunk of its effectiveness when you block, (like regen does), so block after getting initial aggro, build up a few stacks of it, then carry on your merry way with a full energy bar courtesy of blocking and defiance.
