Characters Missing

Played in December of 2011, long time player, I have a bunch of high level characters, now they are all missing. :(

I've logged into the game, and opened a support ticket, but it doesn't appear that anyone is looking at those tickets as I have not had a response in 3 days...

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

    Maybe it's a problem with your linked account. I know when account linking first came out some players had more than one account, so multiple email addresses, and the wrong account was linked to there pwe account.

    Maybe, but I think support should be figuring that out as I am unable to address it.

    Someone in my SG missed his characters too,then he waited a bit and his characters were there.

    When i can log in again i can ask him what he did to get them back,but i think he just waited :/

    Honestly I've been waiting since Saturday morning, and not a single response on any support tickets in game or out.

    go to your ticket panel,if the status of your ticket says "waiting" someone answered you

    Ya no "waiting" Status unfortunately, but I am on the phone with them now so hopefully things start panning out. The gentleman on the other line mentioned that the characters were there and he named them off so that's good. Just have to figure out what's wrong so I'm holding.

    Ok so the solution was this,

    Basically when I linked my accounts I linked my account name with my first letter lower case rather than an uppercase. The result was it created a new account and prevented my old account from being accessed.

    Once the new account was unlinked, I was able to go back in a link the proper account name with the uppercase letter.

    It took an hour on the phone to correct, which wasn't that bad considering I was waiting for 3 days beforehand and nothing came of it.

    I recommend calling 888-344-4478 and I also recommend a warning posted for the player before linking so they know that for some reason the case of the account name matters.
