item disappearing

i brought the magnifier from the zen store but it isnt in my bags anymore and my bags are not full anyone know how to get it

    It dissapeared after you bought it? As, it was in your bag or in the device slot?

    Bought it from ingame store or site store? Because stuff bought from site store go to the character whos name is in the top left corner.

    i brought it yesterday and was able to use it but when i logged in today it was no longer in my bag or device slot

    Was it a Magnifier or a Super-Magnifier? Because the Magnifier has a limited duration. If the message "You used Magnifier" appeared, the duration has expired and the item deleted itself.

    As lordraiken said, whether or not you bought the magnifier or the super-magnifier is going help you solve this.

    If you bought the magnifier, then you only had it for a limited amount of time, and apparently said time is up. If not, and you bought the super magnifier, then something is wrong here.
